La cercanía a la plaza, la tranquilidad y el silencio que permitía un buen descanso, la limpieza del hotel y habitaciones. También la amabilidad de los recepcionistas, tanto así que me ayudaron con el lavado y planchado de mi ropa sin ningún costo, a pesar de que me ofrecí pagarlo.

En realidad, no haya nada que no me haya gustado del hotel.

Everything perfect, great stay for the week in central Chachapoyas

Located very close to the plaza and all the Shops and things you need is reachable by walking. Nice (sometimes) local breakfast on the Terasse. Nice house. Staff is super friendly and warmhearted.

No direct Windows to the outside, so it echoes a lot if your rooms is in front of the staircase.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Set back from the road so nice and quiet also.

Apart from above it is a good hotel but it needs a sign outside the courtyard to make it easier to find.

Left my phone charger in the room, stupidly at check out and even though they looked after our bags for the day no one returned it.
