Beautiful 1 Bed Apt With Stunning 180 Degree Views Of the Sea & Fuerteventura
Bellissimo appartamento con 1 camera da letto, con splendida vista a 180 gradi sul porto, sul mare e sull'isola di Fuerteventura. Appartamento moderno e luminoso con balcone affacciato sul porto con vista sul mare a 180 gradi. Ha una posizione tranquilla, sicura, sicura ma comoda a pochi minuti dal centro commerciale, ristoranti e bar. Viene fornito con la sua piscina comune, terrazze e ampi lettini per prendere il sole tutto il giorno! O a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il complesso è ben situato nel centro storico ed è a 3 minuti a piedi dal porto ristoranti, bar e negozi. La spiaggia principale è a 10 minuti a piedi e una spiaggia più piccola a 5 minuti a piedi. Tutti gli sport acquatici sono soddisfatti e un traghetto parte ogni giorno dal porto per Fuerteventura e uno per il porto turistico Nel porto è possibile prendere parte a gite in barca, immersioni, avvistamento di delfini e balene, pesca, vela safari sottomarini e tutti gli sport acquatici sono soddisfatti qui.

We have stayed in the old town of Puerto del Carmen several times and are aware of the hills, however there are a lot of steps, without handrails, to the apartment, so not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues. This did put us off leaving the apartment very often. The view, however, is amazing once up there. Sea, mountain, pool and town views. The wifi is also very good in the apartment.When we arrived, there were plenty of towels and the apartment was clean. However, the bottom tray in the door of the fridge was missing. Also, the electricity tripped a few times, possibly because we had several things plugged in at the same time, cooker, kettle, tv, fan. fridge etc. Although I would assume that this shouldn't have been a problem. For future reference the fuse box is behind the picture next to the front door.The bathroom could do with a small bin and some hooks on the wall. It could also do with something to put soap, shampoo etc on within the shower cubicle, as there is nowhere to put anything. The shower also overflowed a couple of times, as the water didn't go down the drain very well and there is no door to enclose the cubicle.Despite the above niggles, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just a couple of things weren't right when you open the fridge door the bottom shelf falls off, the nets in the living room want cleaning, generally the apartment needs fetching up to date it's a bit tired, we have stayed in the porto nova complex on four occasions and enjoyed it every time, but this apartment really does need fetching up to date if the owner wants to charge the rate he does. We have stayed in more modern apartments on the complex for quite a lot less than we paid for this one, however we really did enjoy our stay the owners who were in there property's whilst we were there were all very friendly and welcoming. Please take this as constructive criticism and not a negative review. We love the complex and can't wait to go back.
