The house was great and met our needs perfectly. They also provided many extras like beach chairs and other useful items. Unfortunately we had an infestation the last 2 nights and the property manager was unresponsive and unconcerned about our situation at their property. I'm a property manager myself and I've never seen such mismanagement. I would definitely stay here again under with different management but will never rent a property managed by Blue Swell.

We had the most magical time away! The cottage is very cozy and well maintained. While on the smaller side, it’s the perfect alternative to a condo. The location is stellar. Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach access as well as the pools. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Perfect property for a little getaway. Nice and clean with a smooth check-in process. Property has the basics so bring what supplies you need. Markings on the electric stove have been cleaned away so can be challenging with temperature regulation.

Two, If By Sea in Carillon Beach is a perfect small beach house within two blocks of Beach Walkover #1 in Carillon. It has sleeping space for 2 couples or one couple with two kids. It was clean, well designed and it has an amazing front porch with two swings ... a perfect spot to relax, read a book, or enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We loved it!

It is a beautiful home in a beautiful gated community. The beach is very close, less than a block away.

Everything was like the photos. Somehow I missed there was a half bath downstairs so that was a nice surprise! It had everything we needed. It was just the two of us and we felt right at home. I have already d recommended the home to some of my friends. We did have a couple of very minor issues and they were fixed immediately.

We had an amazing time at the Two, If By Sea home. We were a short 3 minute walk to the beach access and we could ride our bikes there in less than a minute. The home itself was gorgeous, clean and very inviting. There was plenty of toiletries provided, which is often lacking in vacation rentals. We had a small maintenance issue during our stay and maintenance showed up right away. We cannot wait to visit this amazing community again, as my husband said "this community is like a dream".

Our family enjoyed our Christmas stay at Two, if by Sea. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was exactly what we needed. It is small, but not in a way that hinders your trip. Bedding was comfy, kitchen had every thing we could need. The walk to the beach is short, although it was way too cold for much beach time! Freezing temps in FL!! Probably our only complaint was the neighbors outdoor lights. If you plan to use the pull out sofa to sleep on, the room is lit up like it’s daytime because of the cafe lights on the neighbors patio that are right outside the living room windows. A couple of nights they stayed on all night. Other nights they went off at midnight. 🤷🏻♀️ In the end it worked out ok, but it felt a little inconsiderate. Blue Swell was great to work with and the house was pretty near perfect. We will definitely consider them for a trip in the future.

My husband and I came down for a few post holiday nights and could not have been more pleased with this property. The front yard is absolutely perfect for morning coffee as well as an evening glass of wine. (When you see, you'll get it!) It's a short walk to the beach and also not a long walk over to Gratify and the other Carillon shops. We had trouble with internet but this was no fault of the rental company or the owners and it was rectified as soon as was feasible by the internet provider. Definitely recommend this home!

Get Away and Work Trip
I am a wedding planner and had a wedding at Carillon Beach in November 2021. I decided to bring my husband and sister and brother-in-law with me. Two if by Sea was perfect for us! We’ve stayed at Carillon many times over the years and we’re impressed with the design , location and cleanliness of this adorable house!

We so enjoyed this house in Carillon Beach. For the three of us, the house was a perfect size, loved the cottage feel / style. We enjoyed the porches, front & second floor! Love how the trees in front yard have a bit of shade & privacy. Definitely will book again!

This cottage was very cute and clean. Something that we look for when we rent a vacation house for a week. Had to call to get the house code, wasn’t sent in the app. Also, we were not informed that the beach from Panama City to carillon is under beach construction. Large machinery, and no way to get to the Ocean had to walk way down the beach just to get in the water. The last day we were there they made a sand bridge over the large pipe that runs all the way down the beach. Other than that we tried to make it a good anniversary vacation.
