This home was great for the price and location. It provided just what we needed for finishing up summer work between leases and for move-in weekend. There was one maintenance issue during the 3-week stay, and the owner was very responsive in getting things squared away quickly - much appreciated!

Im tall, so I noticed the top of the stove exhaust vent and top of the fridge hadnt been cleaned in a while. Also, the drain in the bathroom sink was very slow. That said, the rest of the house and property was very clean. Air conditioning, stove, fridge, etc all worked well and were clean and neat.

The location is ideal. Located in the heart of State College. This place had what was needed in our situation and last minute need. Communication was great with host.

Unfortunately the host had double booked the property. We were able to book the last room at a hotel 30 minutes away.
