Immagina di tornare a casa con vista sullo scintillante oceano Pacifico che tenta lo sguardo praticamente da ogni stanza e una leggera brezza tropicale che porta il calore del Messico nella tua anima. Questa è la vita a Dedos de Neruda, una villa messicana privata di 6.500 piedi quadrati, cinque camere da letto, trovata all'interno dell'esclusiva comunità recintata di La Punta, a Manzanillo, Colima. Qui il mondo si muove a un ritmo diverso e i padroni di casa ti invitano a controllare la realtà alla porta mentre entri nel paradiso interiore.
I toni caldi e tenui della terra, i soffitti alti accentuati dalla luce naturale e le abbondanti piante tropicali ricordano costantemente Madre Natura. Di giorno o di notte, l'attività si concentra su uno spazio abitativo adatto alle famiglie sotto un imponente tetto di palapa con tetto di paglia e una piscina a sfioro che offre il vantaggio ideale per guardare le navi che entrano in porto e le balene che si infrangono all'orizzonte.
Camera da letto principale: finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che si affacciano sulla baia di Manzanillo ti accolgono nella suite principale, oltre a una porta scorrevole "tuffati" direttamente sulla piscina a sfioro! Un letto king size, televisore al plasma da 42 "e set di divani in pelle, cabina armadio, ufficio anche caratterizzato. Il bagno vanta una doccia vetrata con doppia testa, ripiano in marmo, lavabi in vetro soffiato lavorati a mano e una vasca idromassaggio con vista sulla baia.
Suite One: al secondo livello, un letto king size con area salotto, finestre dal pavimento al soffitto con vista sull'oceano, ampio spazio armadio e bagno privato con doccia in piedi.
Suite 2: al secondo livello, un letto king size con area salotto, porte scorrevoli in vetro sulla terrazza e area salotto con vista sulla comunità di La Punta e sull'oceano oltre, area salotto interna, scrivania, ampio spazio armadio e bagno privato con doccia in piedi.
Suite 3: situata accanto alla cucina con una porta scorrevole sulla terrazza, questa suite dispone di un letto king size e di un bagno privato con doccia in piedi.
Suite Four: Al secondo livello vicino alla sala giochi, questa suite dispone di due letti singoli, un ampio spazio armadio e un bagno privato con doccia in piedi.

What a fabulous home! From the views to the staff- it was all perfect! I would highly recommend this stay. The cook was superb and plentiful! They brought lunch to the beach for us which was such a treat. Loved every minute!

I stayed in this home for 3 weeks at the end of December 2021 with family and friends. I would recommend this vacation rental however there were some pros and cons to be aware of prior to booking. Here's my summary
Pros:
- La Punta ia absolutly the best community! It is very well maintained and georgeous. We all loved it and will definitly be back. We went out every morning and walked all the way down to the private beach and back up to the house for exercise. If you can't walk hills, make sure you rent the golf cart.
- The house is exactly as the pictures show and has a beautiful open layout for eveyone to visit comfortably in the central seeting area
- Nice big rooms for eveyone to have their own space and privacy when they want it.
- Great view of the bay that provided a spectacular view of fireworks on new years eve.
- Amazing staff (Ofelia and Linda) that were extemely helpful. Even though they spoke little English and we spoke little Spanish we managed to communicate. Ofelia was a great chef and was extemely accomodating for food allergies.
- Nice office that my daughters used every night since there was no wifi in their bedroom (note, there's no printer)
- The onsite laundry was very nice to have available
- Master bedroom is huge with a big bathroom, walkin closet and a comfy sofa. However it is the only room with a smart TV so when anyone wanted to watch a movie on Netflix or Prime (couldn't get Disney app on the TV) they had to use the bedroom.
Cons:
- Front entrance was not secure like most homes in La Punta. There was a big gap at the front door that anyone could fit through and get into the home.
- There was no safe and no way to lockup valubles if you want to go out for the day when the staff are not around.
- Wifi is not available in 4 of the 5 bedrooms
- This home is very nice but starting to show it's age. Little things kept breaking like front door handle, garage door coming off it's rails, pipes under kitchen sink broke, lights not working
- Beds are very very hard.
- Small bedroom with two single beds smelled very musty
- Although I was there for 3 weeks I did not see or hear from the property manager the entire time. I did hear from the rental agent (Nelly) a couple times and she helped us secure a golf cart which was really appreciated and we used every day.
- Activity room did not have a smart TV and the tredmill was very old and didn't work well
- Taxis were difficult to secure from town to LaPunta

We rented this villa for 5 days with two other couples and were beyond impressed. All of us have travelled a great deal, and this villa was by far, one the nicest places we have stayed in. Our private chef, Ofelia and our driver, Luis spoiled us every day. The food was amazing and was prepared and presented so beautifully. Luis was at our beckon call whenever we needed him. If we had to think of one area of improvement it would be wifi strength. At times it was challenging to work online with inconsistent wifi. We also have to thank Nelly for her prompt and thorough attention to our booking. We will be back. AMAZING!!!!!!

Our stay at the Villa was AMAZING. We were impressed from the moment we walked in. The property is clean and well kept. It looks better than in the pictures! The location is perfect. The view from the terrace is stunning during the day and night. The Villa is located in a gated community, so the surroundings feel very safe. The service provided by the staff at the property was excellent. Ofelia, Lupita and Diego made us feel like we were at home. They were in charge of the cooking and housekeeping chores. Groceries were bought every day and reimbursed everyday. The food was delicious. No need to stay at an all-inclusive hotel anymore! The beach is 5 minutes away, but did not spend much time there because the water was cold and we preferred to stay at the Villa. Stores are close by within a few minutes driving.
Overall, this was one of the best vacations I’ve had so far. I would definitely plan to stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Nelly, thanks so much for coordinating everything so smoothly!
