A circa un'ora a sud di Seattle, questo splendido e tranquillo cottage sul lago si trova proprio su un lago privato e si trova accanto al Riviera Country Club e al campo da golf, incluso l'unico ristorante principale dell'isola. Molte attività da fare nella zona, o si può anche accontentarsi di un fuoco all'aperto o di un caminetto interno per ottenere accogliente. 3 camere da letto 1 1/2 bagno con un bagno recentemente ristrutturato. Tutto è a portata di click quando sei alla vera felicità qui al Lakeshore Cottage sul lago Josephine!

We absolutley loved our stay...house was just epic location to die for ...peaceful we loved relaxing by fire ...the use of paddle boats from restuarant next door was easy and fun...we ate there too yummy ....also played 2 rounds golf with my 9 yr old and staff and course was perfect ....we are long time south puget sounders that now live in Ogden Utah and came up for our older sons graduation at Tacoma dome from Sumner high....and this hit all the spots for for getting PNW feel our first time on Anderson island ..dont miss the Carson cove park I believe is Andys park on maps the walk down to beach if fun the view of carson cove is Epic.....Thanks again we will back next summer

Charming cabin by the lake. Listing was just as described. Main restaurant conveniently next door. Easy communication. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely weekend baking Christmas cookies, enjoying our view of the lake, playing board games, and walking over to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. 🤗

Great little hidden gem! The dock in the morning with coffee was my favorite! It is literally steps away from the restaurant which was wonderful too a little loud in the morning when they were opening but not bad. It was a great vacation.

We were looking for a place on a lake to escape the heat and try out our paddle boards. This place wound up being the perfect spot! On a "no wake" lake with direct access to the water. Lots of privacy! We loved watching the dragonflies and bats!

This was our first time to spend the weekend on Anderson Island. We have purchased land there and want to see what it’s like living on an island! We had the best weekend and access to the lake and being able to walk next door to the restaurant was cool! We live in an apartment so it was so nice to have outdoor space, especially for our Morkies, Mork and Mindy. Everyday at 6:30 am a deer would come into the yard! Added bonus! Booking for another weekend in September! ❤️ Thank you to the Homeowner for sharing your home.

The Lake House
This was our first time to spend the weekend on Anderson Island. We have purchased land there and want to see what it’s like living on an island! We had the best weekend and access to the lake and being able to walk next door to the restaurant was cool! We live in an apartment so it was so nice to have outdoor space, especially for our Morkies, Mork and Mindy. Everyday at 6:30 am a deer would come into the yard! Added bonus! It was the perfect getaway for the weekend. We only wished we would have booked a longer stay. Lake was beautiful, cottage cozy and it was a great location. Lake access was perfect for the kids. Thanks again for having us we will be back

Lovely cottage on the lake. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. We had a great time and so did our dog Baloo. He never wanted to stop swimming and fetching. We played games and had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!, this older home seems to cradle you. We felt comfortable right away. Spent alot of time on the dock sunning and fishing. It supplied us three great trout dinners. High quality fish in this lake. Would love to come again.

Initial communication was an issue, along with cleanliness upon arrival (scheduling issue with cleaning service). But the owner made everything right (had service come out and fix immediately). Our stay was wonderful after that, and it's a beautiful home in a very tranquil location. Will be definitely returning!

Very relaxing and comfortable stay
We had a really nice stay at the lake cabin. The views are beautiful- morning and evening. Very quiet. The amenities can't be beat. Two different fireplaces- one in and out. The house was clean and comfortable. The island is charming - get used to waving- because everyone does it on the island. The general store is friendly and the prepared meals are terrific. Whoever makes the chicken and dumplings is a star. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We just booked another visit for the holiday season.

We quickly found this Anderson Island home and from the pictures of the location and views I quickly booked it since it was available. When we arrived the home itself had more wear on it then I had expected from the pictures but in the end it had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. I wouldn't recommend this property for anyone with very small children as there is a lot of smaller knick knacks and such around the house. But, for our almost 3 yo it was a treasure chest of fun - with lots of parental supervision! We all enjoyed the lake that was right outside our front door, enjoyed coffee and evenings sitting on the deck, tried our hand at fishing, and our daughter enjoyed the tree swing and dirt and water to play in as well. It was nice that the water was very shallow around the dock and beach since we had a little one around. I also appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, etc! So, if you're looking for a cozy little house to stay in this is for you - not modern but like being at grandma's house.

Quaint and calm getaway
Such a great time! Jimmy and Bonnie’s place is full of antique charm, Kitchen fully stocked with supplies, plenty of towels, blankets. Being your food, eat out on the Calm, quiet lakeside patio. Jimmy was super responsive to questions and as friendly as can be. Our family will undoubtedly return.

The property is somewhat dated but it is as described. The best part is the location lake front. A bit of banging from the restaurant at night. Overall we had a great time!

I am a returning guest to this special cottage, on the lake, over the past twenty years. The setting is beautiful and the cottage very welcoming. You will not be disappointed should you stay at the Lake Cottage.

Great Getaway!
The property is not on Hairstine Island as listed in Vrbo, but on Anderson Island. Beautiful lake property. The cottage had everything we needed. It was a great cozy and relaxing getaway. We will definitely go again.

House is right on the lake. Perfect location. Next to restaurant but still quiet. Quaint decor and lots of open space. Would come back again.
