This was a great little cottage to stay in and explore wine country. It is super close to downtown Sonoma and just a few minutes drive to several wineries. The house is older and has a lot of character. We traveled with 3 people, and each of us was able to have a room. The casita in the back is a lovely place for anyone who wants to have a bit of extra privacy.
The house is on basically the main road in Sonoma, so there was some traffic noise, but it was not overly disturbing. We traveled in the off-season in December, so I could see how it might be very loud during peak season. If I were to go back to Sonoma, I would consider requesting this property again.

The property was very clean. The beds and linens were excellent. It is on a busy street, and there is noise but it was not a problem. The kitchen is very well equipped- they have thought of everything! The backyard was very nice to hang out and comfortable. The little casita was adorable . It was a great property and I would absolutely stay there again.

I'm hesitant to give an honest review, after reading the responses that the owner gave to other reviews. However, I think people should know what they are signing up for.
The house is nice and sleeps 5. The owner is responsive to the renter's needs. The issues we had are, it is located on a very busy, noisy street. On Saturday night, there was very loud music until well after midnight. All three mattresses are in need of replacement. We all had back pain. The main bathroom's shower curtain needs to be replaced, the mildew smell was nauseating.
Other reviews talked about needing toilet paper and towels. That was an issue for us, as well.

We had an excellent stay in Sonoma and would book the home again. Perfect for 5 close friends and the cottage is wonderful for more space, a second bathroom and privacy when needed. Great communication and spot on recommendations.

Nice cottage. Has all the necessities. Has two bathrooms, however, the second bathroom is in the guest house with the third bedroom, not in the main house.

The house was in a great location right off the highway between many wineries & Sonoma Plaza. The home showed signs of age, the beds were on the firmer side and I was surprised by no dishwasher & minimal towels. But the host quickly responded to messages and provided additional towels upon request. There was plenty of space for three couples to have their own room and hang out in the living area, kitchen, or on the outdoor lounge furniture in the back. An outdoor firepit would have been a nice bonus. Sonoma in general sounds like and felt like a very safe community. I heard minimal road noise in the home. We appreciated several coffee shops nearby.

The house is very nice. We had a good stay. Host Elias was very patient helping me with Nest operation over the phone. Like previous guests noted, please be aware of the traffic noise. We brought ear plugs and they helped.

I visited with my mom and sister as a pre-wedding getaway and it was the most perfect spot, spacious and clean, and I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area!

We were three women staying at this house and found the beds to be very comfortable and the house and casita to be nicely decorated. The kitchen is decorated in a cute retro style, but we did not cook in it at all. The location was a short drive to Sonoma Square and nearby wineries, as well as the Sonoma Botanical Garden. Because of the location, there was a fair amount of traffic noise. There was plenty of parking on the property, which was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here, everything was super clean and everything was provided. We loved the vintage feel and loved all the modern commodities. The heat worked great which I was super happy about. The location is central and has easy access to wineries and the Sonoma Square.

We really enjoyed our stay- clean, attractive and located in a good spot for walking. The owner was very helpful and attentive as well.
Just a quick note that if you buy wine and need to have it sent home, All American Mail in Napa will send it for you. There is no place to do this in Sonoma.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Time in Sonoma
We really enjoyed our stay- clean, attractive and located in a good spot for walking. The owner was very helpful and attentive as well.
Just a quick note that if you buy wine and need to have it sent home, All American Mail in Napa will send it for you. There is no place to do this in Sonoma.

Elias was very responsive and easy to work with. Property was well maintained. We stayed the week of the big rain storm and Elias and family stopped by to check on the property multiple times, you can tell the really care about the house! Would recommend this to friends and family!

Great house to stay at
House was well kept and in a good location. There was a lot of room for the four of us and the cottage was very cozy. It was nice to have to separation from the main house.

Very nice home
Overall our experience was very positive. The house was close to downtown Sonoma. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outside space at night. The street was busy, but the noise didn’t bother us like some said. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils etc. the fridge was nice and big. The biggest plus for us after traveling for 2 weeks to National parks was the full size washer and dryer! Thank you Elias.

I was surprised when we were short sleeping spaces and not sure how we were supposed to all fit in. We were a part of 6 but there were only two beds and no sofa bed the couches were fine for one person but the other was too short to fit even my youngest. We ended up putting the kids (adult children) at a hotel and spend an additional $940. With all that said the interior was charming (lacked a few amenities like toilet paper and towels for our large crew).but we made it work.

It had everything we were looking for, including an outdoor seating area, a main house and a separate cabin/office, plenty of amenities and appliances to make it feel like home, and a very charming interior design with fun yet refined character. We loved staying here!
The only thing I would make prospective guests aware of is that there is some street noise as it is right next to the highway. This was primarily noticeable to our guests staying in the room closest to the street side. Not a significant detractor from the stay, just something to consider. The positive side of this is that it was extremely quick getting on the road and driving to all of the attractions in Sonoma and Glen Ellen, which was the focal point of our trip.
Elias was also highly communicative whenever we had questions, which was great and helped us feel welcome.
Overall, I highly recommend this property!

Experience
Booking process was easy. Elias was very responsive. Check- in/out process was easy as well. The property was charming and clean. Amenities were convenient. My only observation would be that the front door and kitchen door handles were loose. Because we were not familiar with the neighborhood we felt a little insecure. However, we can gladly report that nothing happened. We really enjoyed our stay in Sonoma. Thank you Elias.

Cute and quaint
Our group of 6 (3 couples) stayed in Sonoma for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. Our stay at Elias’s was great! He was always available if needed. Would definitely book again.

A wonderful getaway haven.
The rental is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need! The manager Elias checked to see if we needed anything every day very attentive. We will be back. The outside bungalow gives you additional privacy if needed. We celebrated my sons 24 year old birthday. COVID did not stop us. Thank you
