Una sbirciatina dell'oceano pu�� essere goduto dal soggiorno, cos�� come dal ponte anteriore. Un nuovo ponte di zecca con pranzo all'aperto e barbecue a gas sono il luogo ideale per trascorrere il tempo con gli amici e la famiglia in aria costiera. La zona soggiorno ha divani imbottiti, TV a schermo piatto con servizio via cavo digitale, tra cui canali di film. Questa struttura è dotata di una rete internet wireless privata per gli ospiti. La cucina è ben fornito e attrezzato per pasti cucinati in casa. (Food and oggetti deperibili non sono forniti.) La camera da letto è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e l'ardesia da bagno pavimenti in piastrelle di bagno privato e doccia surround e ha una combinazione doccia / vasca dotato di un soffione acqua piovana. C'è un letto matrimoniale in ciascuna delle altre due camere, che sono entrambi al piano terra. Inoltre, sono disponibili un full size impilati lavatrice e asciugatrice e un 2 box auto collegato.

This was a very nice house in a great location. We can be a loud group when playing games so it was nice that this was a house and not an apartment with neighbors. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The management company was very helpful.

We picked the perfect weekend for a girls’ trip…great weather! The home was so close to the beach and downtown. We took chairs to the beach one day and sat out for hours! We ate great meals in the local restaurants, even attended the soft opening of Burgers and More on the corner! Stopped at the Monarch Butterfly on our drive to Solvang and hit Chumash Casino on the way back. Would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful home. Thank you!

Location was great. Easy walk to the beach and to the pier. Garage parking was easy. Place was clean and well kept. Pillows were a bit flat so if you like fluffy pillows bring your own. Beds were comfy. Love the fire pit, perfect to sit around it at night.

We were very happy with our stay in this lovely home in Pismo Beach. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive about getting into the property easily and easy check out. I'm not sure if we weren't using the ac correctly but we opened the windows for a cross breeze and that worked just fine so close to the ocean. We also felt very safe in the location.

We had great time with family. The rental had everything we needed. Tent, beach toys, chairs etc. Towels were clean and plenty. Bedding was nice too. All necessary stuff to cook. Well communicated.

This is the best vacation rental I've stayed at in Pismo. It was spacious, beatiful on the inside and outside and very clean. There are two bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom which is a large size with a large bathroom. Also upstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living room and patio. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage which is so important since street parking is difficult. The garage also came fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, etc. The front yard was pretty with chairs and a firepit. This is in one of the best locations in Pismo. The internet worked well and they had a ton of channels on TV. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return. Everything was perfect.

We rented the house because we were attending our grandson’s graduation from Cal Poly. The house was just as good as expected. The only problem (and it was a small one) was the fire pit was not working. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the house.

Excellent property and very cozy. The location was fantastic and a short walk to everything downtown. Felt like I was home. We will be back soon and hopefully we can stay at the same place!! Highly recommend!

Pros:-271 Cypress is a pleasant and quiet location, that is less than two blocks from the beach.- The condo is located near the corner of a one-way street and a street that ends by crossing a one-way bridge.- It has a drinking water filtration system that has its own faucet by the kitchen sink.- It has a water softener system for soft water showers and laundry.- It has a safe in the pantry for storing valuables. Cons:- During the winter, the lower level is hard to heat with the general heating system. You need to rely on space heaters to warm the two lower bedrooms.- The Philips sound system is disconnected from the only TV in the condo. The TV needs a sound bar!Note: Our friends stayed in this condo during the winter of 2022. They also experienced the same issue with the heat in the lower level and the TV's poor sound.

Our family enjoyed our 2 weeks at this condo! It had everything we needed and more! The condo is located in an ideal location close to the beach and many restaurants! Having a garage was such a bonus! The garage was packed with beach chairs, sand toys, a stroller and much more! Having the well appointed front yard was really nice! Coastal Vacation Rentals which we have used for many years continues to be top notch and very professional! There were no surprises with our rental due to their thoroughness!

This rental is just a block from the beach right in Pismo. The house is well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Two car garage is really a plus with lots of beach accessories available in the garage. We used it as a base for our son's wedding in Edna Valley and it was super easy to drive to and from the venue where the wedding festivities were. Really easy to deal with the management company.

Great Location / Great House!
This rental is just a block from the beach right in Pismo. The house is well outfitted, clean and comfortable. Two car garage is really a plus with lots of beach accessories available in the garage. We used it as a base for our son's wedding in Edna Valley and it was super easy to drive to and from the venue where the wedding festivities were. Really easy to deal with the management company.

We had a good vacation and our home was clean and as expected. We were hoping to get into the home by 3:00 but had to wait a short time to get in after traveling a long distance. The only real complaint with the house was the dinning and living area furniture was not comfortable. We received our deposit back in a timely manner. Overall we were happy with the home and the area was only about 1 block from the beach.

This townhouse was very clean and comfortable. It's less than two blocks from the beach. There's a cute Cafe right on the corner open for breakfast and lunch. My only complaint is the neighborhood is noisy. There is quite a bit of pedestrian traffic all night long.

Our daughter was out from Kansas City, MO and we stayed for Thanksgiving Week. We were blown away by our vacation rental. It had all the comforts of home. It allowed us to spend some good quality family time with one another. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with another couple and a toddler for 4 nights. All were very comfortable. The bedrooms on the bottom floor were a little small and dark but other than that, the house was beautiful and comfortable. I especially loved the fireplace. Location to the beach and downtown Pismo was perfect. We could easily walk down to the beach and there was even a swingset and slide right in the sand. Our toddler loved it! I was a little bummed the house didn't come with beach towels or chairs or an umbrella - remember to bring your own! Checkin was fine but a little slow - I'm used to using airbnb where everything is online and instant. Having to sign a contract and go by their office to get keys seemed like overkill in today's modern world but I understand they are managing multiple properties at once!

This condo is very well appointed and was an enjoyable place to stay. Location is excellent, a block from the beach and boardwalk, short walk to the pier.This unit is not for people with physical limitations as 2 bedrooms are downstairs, but master, kitchen and living room are upstairs. Could not quite get the heat to be at a comfortable temperature ( either too hot or cold ). The gas fireplace in living room is a nice touch.On checkin, I was told we couldn't park in the garage for 2 days because it had just been painted and it rained for one of those 2 days. I asked the person who gave me the keys if we could walk on it, and all I got was a shrug of the shoulders. When I asked if she could find out I was told no. Very unprofessional. No discount was offered even though a major decision point for choosing this unit was having a garage to park my car.

We enjoyed the property and location. We did have trouble with the fireplace all during our stay...a friendly maintenance man came once and fixed it but it kept acting up. The pots, pans and utensils supplied were pretty limited but overall, a decent, clean, well located place to stay.

We loved this home! Very comfy with everything you need. We came for the 4th of July week so it was pretty heavy with tourists, but that is to be expected with a home near the downtown/beach. Took under 5 minutes to walk to the beach...perfect if you surf etc. HOT outdoor shower attached to house! Overall, we loved it. Only thing is that the master bedroom/main bathroom shower head came out so hard that it was uncomfortable to shower. Still loved it!

Great vacation house. Here are the pluses. Great location, Kitchen well stocked with all that’s needed plus beach chairs was a pleasant surprise, even though we brought our own next time we’ll know to leave ours home. House was clean and comfortable. Here are the negatives. The two bedrooms down stairs advertised as queens appear to be smaller. The fireplace needed rental agency to come get it going. Pilot light not on? Could have had better instructions for amenity use, TV, Fire Pit needed someone to come to ignite, apparently the high and low knob are opposite, etc. There were only two little bars of soap like in a hotel. We had to buy soap for showering.

All my kids love this place. Spacious and comfortable with nice lazy boy sitting. Garage parking is definitely make in/out convenient. Short walk to all the nice restaurants around the heart of the town. Will stay again if come back next time.
