Cleanliness of interior of house was OK - had to do some cleaning
We swept up outside the front of the house
Pool Deck needed cleaned - so we hosed it off and cleaned the outside furniture
Pool itself needs a good cleaning
Pool Pump went bad (it was on its way when we arrived) - however, this is out of anyone's control - we called - maintenance was sent within hours - pump was fixed within a day - pool was good after that
All-in-all, a good stay

We really enjoyed the property it was very spacious and had a great location. I was unpleased that we had to pay to heat the hot tub I don't think that makes any sense at all because it is a hot tub so it should already be hot but other than that I don't have any complaints

The villa was nice we had a few problems with electric points but the management team were very prompt to fix the problem, the pool was dirty with twigs and dirty at the bottom I did email the management to say the pool hadn’t been cleaned they assured me it had, I did see the pool man a day before I left he was there for 5 minutes cleaning with a net and didn’t even put any chemicals in the pool or clean around the pool area, didn’t use the pool as it was dirty.
