Wonderful apartment with a fantastic location. Nina the caretaker of the property was such a kind welcoming person, who made our family feel at home.,

The property is stunning and very welcoming. The view is the most spectacular in Florence. This property came with everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was perfect for our family of 5. Cannot say enough wonderful things.

The most beautiful view in a perfect location. Sunrise and sunset. The host is lovely and very accommodating. Amenities are perfect for a family or group. Space to gather and space for privacy. Our 8 year old granddaughter said she felt like a princess! We highly recommend San Giovanni!

This is a great place with an awesome view of Firenze. My favorite was making breakfast early and carrying it up to the top terrace so I could eat and sip freshly brewed Italian coffee while watching the sun rise over the city. The local grocery store is just down the hill. We had a family of 8 including a baby (which the host set up a crib for) and her great grandma, so the four bedroom / four bathroom configuration was perfect. My only advice is to be ready to haul your luggage up the stairs to the top floor to get that wonderful view, and be ready to climb the hill up from the Arno every day after your luxurious late Italian dinner. We did cook one dinner in the well equipped kitchen but mostly used it for breakfast and snacks. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were very handy.
