Divertiti a soggiornare in questa casa di 3 piani con 2 camere da letto più soppalco e 3 bagni per 8 persone, perfetti per tutta la famiglia o un gruppo di amici. La Val Chatelle III si trova a Frisco, CO, a pochi isolati da Main St. ea pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus Summit. Facilitare gli spostamenti in città e nelle aree sciistiche vicine. La residenza a 3 livelli ha un divano letto a una piazza e mezza nel soggiorno, un bagno 1/2 al livello principale. Un letto matrimoniale nel master, un letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto e due gemelli nel soppalco di grandi dimensioni. Un garage per una macchina, una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e una vasca idromassaggio privata. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Cavo e WiFi.

Everything about the listing was accurate. However, the hot tub does not work and hasn’t worked for a while. The service company showed up while we were there, to add some water, and told us. We rented the condo specifically for the hot tub. The air conditioning/heat is an old system and hard to control.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week on the mountains. It was very spacious and the hot tub was great. The garage made loading and unloading our gear every morning so easy. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo layout and amenities met all of our needs. The bedrooms were comfy and clean, the living room and TV were great for card games and March Madness, and the hot tub was, well hot and lovely.
Our only critique was that the kitchen lacked many items typically found in other VRBO, for example:
- there was no dish soap or scrubbies for doing dishes so we had to purchase those ourselves and leave them for future renters
- there were no hot pads for handling hot pots, so we had to use small face towels to handle hot pans and pots
- the stove vent didn't work, so anything from cooking pasta to bacon to pancakes set off the smoke alarms.
- we didn't have specific instructions as to where to leave the garbage so we left it in the garage near the garage door (we hope that was where you wanted it...?)
- tongs would be a great and inexpensive addition to your utensil drawer, as they help with everything from bacon to spaghetti
Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we scored with six bluebird days of sunshine and spring snow.
