Views Splendida lago! Sun flussi attraverso le finestre per tutta la giornata in questo arioso luminoso lungolago contemporaneo casa e pensione di nuova costruzione! Casa principale dispone di 3 camere da letto e un soppalco (vedi sotto per LETTO LAYOUT). In aggiunta, ci sono 4 bagni e due docce esterne! Drammatica doppia altezza soggiorno con grande camino si apre su grande terrazza all'aperto che conduce al lago. Grill a gas. Guesthouse dispone di soggiorno che funge anche da camera da letto (con bagno completo) e camera da letto al piano superiore indipendente con bagno completo. La casa dispone di una zona bar con piccolo frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavello bar, nonché un patio esterno. Entrambe le case sono dotate di aria condizionata. D'estate: Tennis: Campo da tennis privato sulla proprietà con racchette e palline. In barca, pescare, nuotare e fare escursioni. Bacino meraviglioso sul lago con la zattera. Vicino a diversi campi da golf panoramici. A cinque minuti dalla Copake Lake e motoscafo. Entro 30 minuti del Berkshires dove festival d'arte estive abbondano. Vicino piste da sci (15 minuti), slittino, racchette da neve e pattinaggio su ghiaccio in inverno. Favoloso top rated ristoranti entro 10-20 minuti. Bellissimo! Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia, riunione o 2 famiglie condivisione.

This is a wonderful house just as described! The house was very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with room to spare! We could have fit many more. The kitchen has all necessary amenities needed for making meals and we also enjoyed the outdoor grill. All appliances are up to date and worked well. The water pressure is fantastic! The property worked well for our family of young adults and my mother who has issues with mobility. The owner was very responsive as was the caretaker. An outdoor light wasn’t working, the owner responded to my message immediately and the caretaker came very quickly and made sure everything was fixed to our satisfaction. The property is lovely with plenty of outdoor seating. It is very private and spacious. We were able to enjoy the boats and there were plenty of life jackets provided. We felt welcomed and cared for. We would definitely return!

This property was excellent for our needs. It housed 7 adults and 2 children comfortably. The dining table was large enough to accommodate large holiday meals and seat 9 with ease. The gym was equipped to meet our needs. The ping pong table in the basement was a highlight. The fire place is well designed and efficient, providing heat as well as attracting everyone to the spacious and comfy living area. The property manager was responsive and available by text (to help find a TVremote, ping pong paddles, shoveled the driveway daily). The house is warm in winter and there is a thermostat in most every room. Details include ample electrical plugs at convenient locations, bedside reading lights...high ceilings with many floor to ceiling windows...bedrooms have sliding doors that face the lake. The moon over the huge pond is spectacular.The house is dated in an overall charming sort of way, it has quirks. For example, when you shower in the master bath, there is a rumble, the floor shakes, sulfur smell, but that goes away after the shower. This property is fun... tennis/basketball court, gym, ping pong, long beautiful driveway/isolated, acres of land, multiple sliding doors that open to wooden decks that lead to the lake. Price point could be 3-400 lower...It's not fancy linens and it has quirks...but it's warm, cozy, safe feeling, perfect for extended families.

This was a very spacious property with beautiful views and a particularly nice living room in the main house, but there are fewer bedrooms than listed. The main house has two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The bedrooms on the second floor have beds that are extremely old and uncomfortable. The upstairs bathroom has a shower that leaks water and a bathroom that stays very cold. The thermostats all over the property were difficult to control, and most of the bedrooms were too hot. The pullout couch on the second floor had all kinds of outdoor debris and like acorns- so the kids didn’t want to sleep on it. It was also very old and uncomfortable. The king size bed on the first floor was very comfortable, which was nice. The kitchen is actually quite small and the dishwasher is very finicky- our dishes were not that clean and needed to be dried. The guest house which is separate from the main house is much more updated and beautiful. Unfortunately, the bedroom on the second floor over there was like a sauna. Even setting the thermostat way down did not seem to work.
