Top Floor, Direct Ocean View 2BR in Ocean One Complex, Ocean One 517
Questo condominio all'ultimo piano (Unità 517) nell'incantevole complesso Ocean One ha una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano dal soggiorno e dai balconi della camera da letto principale. È stato completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato nell'inverno 2010-2011 per dargli la sensazione di un lussuoso cottage sulla spiaggia con vista sull'attico. Abbiamo abbattuto le pareti della cucina per renderlo spazioso e aperto e abbiamo installato nuovi armadi in legno, ripiani in quarzo, illuminazione e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio. I bagni di entrambe le camere erano completamente sventrati e anche il tappeto e le piastrelle erano nuovi. Ci sono tutti i nuovi mobili nelle camere da letto, nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo, compresi i televisori a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. È un posto perfetto per rilassarsi e ascoltare l'oceano!
Il condominio è a pochi passi da Coligny Plaza con la sua varietà di negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti --- puoi lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio per tutta la tua vacanza. Puoi uscire dall'Ocean One per chilometri di chilometri di piste da corsa, oppure andare in bicicletta per fare un giro sulla spiaggia o guidare per brevi passi verso i campi da golf di prim'ordine nelle vicinanze.
Abbiamo gestori di proprietà locali per rispondere rapidamente a qualsiasi dubbio tu possa avere durante il tuo soggiorno. Questa villa è non fumatori e non sono ammessi animali. La pulizia è inclusa nelle tariffe, ma il 10% di Hilton Head e le tasse statali non lo sono. I pass per il parcheggio per due auto vengono emessi per ogni soggiorno.

We just finished our second trip to a condo from this owner (we stayed in the unit next door last time) and it was great! The location to Coligny and proximity to the beach are what keep us coming back. The condo is thoughtfully stocked and truly has everything you need. Stephanie is kind and responsive and will check up on you mid stay to make sure everything is going ok. Another perfect week in the books and are already looking forward to another visit!

We loved our stay in this unit. It was beautifully maintained, and everything that you could need is there for you. We enjoyed the heated pool and fire pits in the evening. The location is perfect for walking to shopping or the many restaurants around Coligny. Communication was spot on.

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head Island for 25+ years and always stay in the South Beach area. This is our first time staying at the Ocean One condominiums in Unit 517 and we couldn’t be happier. The owner was great with communicating and responsiveness. This unit was spotless when we arrived and the views from the spacious balcony were breathtaking. Having a large kitchen was a huge plus for nights we just felt like cooking out. Plenty of room for the four of us and no waiting around with having two bathrooms. Location is the best. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants and numerous activities. We are looking forward to coming back very soon. This place really made the trip memorable.
