Questa residenza cittadina sul lungomare a 5 BR, 4 BA a Point Venture con 3 ponti sul lago e un molo privato sul bellissimo lago Travis è il rifugio ideale per famiglia e amici. Può ospitare comodamente 12 in 3 Master suite con letti king size, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera con letti estraibili e un divano letto matrimoniale. Accetteremo fino a 15 ospiti con un supplemento di 12 ospiti. Un arredamento invitante creato per completare la vita sul lago e il divertimento in famiglia include l'accesso a Internet, 5 TV via cavo (tra cui un HDTV da 55 'e lettore Blu ray con audio surround al livello principale più HDTV, DVD, VHS e Nintendo vecchia scuola al piano di sotto), un cucina attrezzata e ripostiglio, una sala giochi completa di tavolo da ping-pong e numerosi giochi da tavolo, camino a legna e grill a gas.

We had an excellent time staying here. The home was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked and very clean. The park was beautiful. We loved hanging out at both the dock and at the beach. The restaurant in the neighborhood was a great experience (kids got to feed giant catfish) and had great food! Our only note is we did not quite expect the amount of stairs there would be leading down to the dock. My mother and father were not able to make the trek down. Thank you Ricki for a great experience!

The house and view of the lake were beautiful. We all enjoyed the ping pong and the pool down the street. The beds were comfortable, too.

This property was perfect for our family weekend at Lake Travis. The layout of the home is great for both quality together time and space to get away for downtime. The owners were great and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location allows you to enjoy the beautiful nature of Lake Travis with all the modern conveniences.

Ideal location for a stay on Lake Travis.The hosts were welcoming and proactive, they even gave me a call when I booked to ensure I had all the information about what the place offered, water levels, and things to do around the area.The overall home was very clean, unfortunately since it was spring, there was tons of pollen on the outdoor uncovered areas - not their fault at all though.They provided enough toiletries for our entire group, and we loved that they had so much to do in the home. Ping Pong, outdoor dining, gas grill, coffee maker, comfortable seating, a collection of DVDs for us to watch, a stereo system.AC worked well and they provided extra fans. Beds were comfortable and they had TVs in most rooms.We came here with my wife and 6 other friends for my annual birthday and really enjoyed that the boat rental company and restaurant were steps away from our rental. The weather was perfect for a boat ride and swim.We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
