Questa splendida casa recentemente rinnovata è la vacanza perfetta per una famiglia, una coppia o un gruppo di amici. La casa si trova in un doppio lotto molto privato. Non troverai un posto più spazioso ma comunque caldo e accogliente in cui soggiornare. In tutte e 3 le camere da letto i nostri comodi letti sono già fatti per te con lenzuola e asciugamani freschi in ogni camera. La casa è fiancheggiata da porte in vetro per mostrare le meravigliose viste sul lago. Abbiamo una sala giochi di 480 piedi quadrati con un tavolo da biliardo in ardesia, un tavolo da poker e giochi assortiti per giocare. Abbiamo internet wireless in tutta la casa. Puoi rilassarti e rilassarti sul lago o dedicarti alle numerose attività nella zona. La comunità ha piscine, campi da tennis, un grande parco giochi, campo da basket, campo da baseball, campi da bocce e aree picnic.
Stagione invernale al parco ci pesca sul ghiaccio, motoslitta e slittino. Camelback Mountain Resort è vicino dove è anche possibile sciare, fare snow tube o snowboard.
A pochi minuti di distanza si trova il nuovissimo Kalahari Water Park Resort, Great Wolf Resort, famoso per il suo parco acquatico al coperto. Anche vicino è il Monte. Casinò arioso con ottimi ristoranti, spettacoli e ovviamente giochi d'azzardo. Per l'avventuriero in te siamo vicini alla zip-lining, all'equitazione ea molte altre attività avventurose. Il nostro vicino è il Tobyhanna State Park, dove è possibile praticare trekking, mountain bike, canottaggio, picnic, nuoto, pesca, arrampicata su roccia e caccia. Il parco statale è una riserva di aquila calva insieme a molti altri tipi di uccelli per gli osservatori di uccelli là fuori.
Se ti piacciono di più le vacanze rilassanti, puoi coccolarti davanti al fuoco, giocare a biliardo, fare una passeggiata nel nostro bellissimo lago o semplicemente fare un pisolino sull'amaca. Per i buongustai abbiamo una cucina ben fornita con tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto gourmet. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti con gemme nascoste che sono elencati nel nostro libro degli ospiti.

This was our second stay at this home and again the house is very nice and situated only yards from the lake. The Plush towels and great memory foam mattresses and a well stocked kitchen made it perfect as well. As I simply love a wood burning fireplace, the shed full of wood is a huge bonus!
My only complaint is that since our first trip there there has been a modification on the fireplace of a steel insert (for efficiency/safety I assume)
and that drastically cuts down on the size and charm of the fireplace.
Still love the place and would highly recommend .

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s the perfect size for the six of us. The house is clean. It has a comfortable big couch that can fit everyone. And a working wood fireplace that is great to use. The views of the lake in the morning can’t be beat especially when it snows like when we were there. We will definitely be back again.

Check in was a breeze because the host was very informative on the check in peocess. The place appeared thoroughly cleaned and cozy. The large lounge couch in the living room is wonderful, but it could use an update as there is a lot of wearing (but not the cushions! They were great). I honestly loved staying here... it was quiet and exactly what i was hoping for, very relaxing. The only negative is that some of the queen beds seemed on the smaller queen size, so we had 2 people sleep on the couch (since it is so large!). Ultimately, I would definitely stay here again if they will have me!! Thank you!

Everything about the trip was great, Host was very responsive to txt and calls to help out.
Front gate workers gave one of us an issue trying to check in and we’re not very friendly/helpful, even though they were listed as a guest. However, everything else about the trip was as expected, the place and host were amazing.

The house and setting were beautiful! We had plenty of room to sprawl out and everything we needed in the house. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, Jarlath got back to me in lightning speed!

The house is great! My family enjoyed the game room. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed watching the deer. We would highly recommend staying there. Easy drive to anywhere in the Poconos. The lake is so quiet. It is gated with a security guard 24/7 so we felt very safe.

I shared my first experience.
This is our second time. This time around, the weather was much nicer, and that we got to enjoy our vacation to the fullest.
The place is clean AND LOADED with amenities. There's laundry machines, even kayak and paddle boat. Lots board games, selection of movies and books to read.
The owners really understand what guests are looking to do at their place. Trust me, not many vacation-home owners are this meticulous.
PS: No, I dont know them personally.

My third rental of this house. A short stay this time but we were able to get the needed relaxation we were looking for. The house gives us everything we could want plus the lake views and sunsets are awesome. Will return again in the future!

Stayed here September 18-20. Super clean well-equipped home with great fire pit, wood burning fireplace in the living room and nice new gas fireplace in the huge billiard/game room. Row boat and kayaks as well. Kids can catch perch, catfish, sunnies, and small bass from the backyard shore (worms and bobber). Larger bass and pickerel around the island a short distance from the backyard. Homeowner answers any questions immediately. We love this place and you will too.

Went for a boys weekend to celebrate a friends 40th birthday. We had a blast. Amazing house and property with great views. Several kayaks available for use, awesome firepit, and an amazing gameroom with pool table and games. The owner/manager was extremely helpful with preparing us for our stay. Loved it!!!

Cois Locha is a lovely home -- my family took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen, the outdoor grill, the huge deck, the mini-fleet of kayaks, the lakeside patio & firepit, and last but not least, the game room's star attraction: the billiards table! A great time was had by all!

Had a great relaxing time with the family- we enjoyed the beautiful lake and the wildlife- also enjoyed kayaking and fishing-house had everything we needed - this was our second stay and we plan on a third!

The backyard was awesome! We enjoyed the kayaks and the closeness to the lake. We had visits from lots of animals like ducks, geese and deer. The house was nice and the owner very responsive. Well stocked and lots of amenities with the property. We had a really nice time.

This is a great property situated well on Dresser Lake. The property does not have air but did not need it at all.
Tons of community amenities. Ideally located near mt airy casino and mt pocono. A pleasant drive to francis walter dam or bushkill falls.
Kayaks and rowboat and plenty of life vests made the lake easily accessible.
Back deck and lower patio were gorgeous amd comfortable.
Wild life a plenty. We had visiting geese ducks and many deer that walk right through the property. Which was an amazing treat.
Host was exceptional and highly responsive.
Kitchen was very well equiped with every pot pan utensil and gadget you will need. Plenty of plates bowls cups silverware mixing bowls etc.
Bonus that we were not required tobmakenor strip beds or pre clean before leaving.
Floor plan has 1 bedroom on main floor with large seperate 4 piece bath.
2 more bedrooms on second floor that share a jack and jill with 3pc bath.
Cute little loft space.
Main floor has open floor plan. Large comfortable living room. Ample dining are and large table. Well appointed kitchen.
Very large game room with sesring pool table board games.

Everything that was shown was there. It was so nice walking out the back and being able to fish. Only complaint which was my fault was not seeing there wasn’t any air. Wasn’t too hot but kids rooms did get humid being in the loft

We enjoyed out stay and had a great time relaxing, fishing, playing pool and cards. The amenities were as described. Minor problem with the read-out on the stove. Jalrath was quick to respond and resolve any issues. We love when there is both plenty to do and a comfortable setting if you simply plan to do nothing. As others have mentioned---the check-in staff could use some customer service skills. They are the introduction to the properties and could be more welcoming---we should not be an inconvenience, The gate person we encountered when we missed a turn and tried to reenter the property was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay (caught a huge bass!) and hope to be back soon.

Went with the family for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of indoor activities to entertain the kids once we pooped them out with outdoor activities :). House was also well maintained and clean.

Very nice, comfortable, well appointed home for our weekend getaway. We enjoyed using the patio and fire pit on the lakefront. While indoors, the pool table provided fun, family entertainment. The living room and fireplace were just right for lounging and reading on a cool, blustery afternoon.

We had a great weekend stay. Communication with the owners was easy - needed help figuring out the WiFi - location was perfect- too cold to go out to the lake but would think that in the summer would be beautiful. Check in was easy - everything was already done for us - sheets on the beds and towels in each room. Would definitely stay again.

The house is very nice , it was clean and plenty of room for us all to spread out. The game room area was my favorite! The view was beautiful. It was too cold for us to hang outside but i did get in a nice walk around the neighborhood on Saturday morning where i ran into a few deer 😂. I liked that the rooms have individual heating too. We used both fire places and were nice and cozy the entire time. Would definitely like to come back when it’s warmer out to take advantage of the outdoor area and lake. Thanks for having us.

The property was very nice and exactly as advertised. The owner was responsive and helpful. The house sits on the lake and the views are amazing. It was my first time staying in this area and found this area of the Poconos to be very strange. Many of the houses in the development are run down. The check in process at the welcome center needs work, the people that work at that location are extremely rude and unhelpful. This is no reflection of the owner or the property.

Everything was as shown in pictures/description. Loved the view of the lake and plenty of space for family of 6 to stay comfortably. Clean and very easy to understand instructions and great communication with owner. Good location near skiing areas and casino. Had loads of fun playing billiards at the house and was a cozy environment.

If you are looking to stay in the Mt. Pocono area this is a great place. The house is beautiful, well kept, easy to get to and equipped for a fun family or friends weekend. We loved seeing the lake each morning. Lots of wild life to see. Close to a lot activities to do. Great kitchen to cook if you want to. Everyone had a great time.

Very nice rental! You could smell the cleanliness the moment you entered. We stayed for NYE and had a great time in the game room and playing cards around the dining room table. We made all meals within the FULLY stocked kitchen! Perfect little stay-cation! We loved using the fireplace and looking out at the lake. We were supposed to have three couples but one had to back out last minute so we brought little ones instead. It was nice to have a bedroom on the 1st floor so that the family with littles could have the two bedrooms upstairs. The beds were comfortable and the individual thermostat in each room was a plus! The front gate made the family in our party go to the visitor center, saying they weren’t on the list for entry. When they arrived to the visitor center, they were told the front gate people had their name after all and were mistaken. A bit of a delay was caused by this but not at the fault of the owner. The owner provided all names of those checking in but the gate people weren’t thorough!
A few things to note: bring throw blankets if you want to snuggle on the couch. I could not locate any blankets outside of the ones already used to make the beds. Also, the wi-fi needed to be reset appropriately 8 times during our full day at the rental, twice on checkout day. I contacted the owner on our full day there and was told that he would be contacting the internet company. I didn’t hear anything after that and the wi-fi continued to drop several times after that. A bit of a bummer while trying to stream some Sunday football. Lastly, It is correct that you need to bring shampoo and conditioner as noted in a prior review, but that’s something you should pack regardless and not a reason to leave a 3-star review. Shame to whoever did that.
Would stay again and thank you for allowing us to celebrate the new year in your rental!

We had a nice relaxing time as a family! The place was fabulous! It was very clean and big spacious rooms! We got to see deer everyday as they passed through and we had a friendly cat visit almost daily. Close to so many places to do things! I would recommend as a nice family get away.
