Forest Ridge Luxury Townhouse
Condominio di lusso a schiera nello sviluppo di Forest Ridge a Lincoln, NH. Cinque minuti da Loon Mountain. Ottimo posto per le vacanze estive. Facile accesso a piedi al centro sportivo Forest Ridge con piscina coperta e scoperta e campi da tennis. Townhouse ha centrale a / c, WiFi, TV via cavo, tre piani di vita e nuovi mobili ed elettrodomestici. Soggiorno ha TV a schermo piatto, impianto audio Bose e camino a gas. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in cucina e un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10. Ponte all'aperto con vista sulla South Mountain e una griglia a gas Weber. Al piano superiore comprende una camera matrimoniale con un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, vasca idromassaggio e cabina doccia. Ci sono altre due camere da letto al piano superiore, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli. Lavatrice e asciugatrice al piano di sopra. Il livello più basso comprende family room con TV a schermo piatto e un sistema di gioco Wii. Camera da letto di livello inferiore ha due serie di letti a castello e un bagno completo. Townhouse comprende anche un garage per auto.

Property was/is spotless and well maintained. There was everything that was needed and felt that the condo was one of the best that we stayed in the Lincoln area

This 3-level townhouse was ideal for my husband and me, our three adult sons, our daughter-in-law, and two year-old grandson.
The property was clean and well stocked.
Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable.
Central A/C and instantaneous hot water were big pluses as was the on-site Sports Club with indoor and outdoor pools.
The location is perfect with lots of family friendly activities in the area.
The host was very responsive to our questions and the description and pics of property were very accurate.
We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others!

While renting this property we had some issues with power outages and no backup generator, no candles, no flashlights . When I contacted the owner , she said there were no flashlights at all. Try to navigate 3 floors in the dark for a few hours. There also wasn't enough information enclosed in the booklet concerning information on what was expected and also how to connect to television and cable. Also ,the pool seemed to be in need of updating. As for cleaning services, for the price I paid, we shouldn't have had to do what was asked of us and they were rude. I have traveled and stayed all over the world. I will be choosing another option next trip, which is in Seattle.
