Staff behavior is good
Out of KL, no good place surrounding. Not safe evening time. its like a jail.

hair in the sink and on the sheets. strong cigarette smell in the room

We choose this hotel for proximity to the TBS. The room was large and confortable
the bathroom has some problems...the wc water inlet was leaking and the shower boiler wasn't working (for an electrical problem). It was late and we was tired from the day and we didn't mention it to the staff, for sure they'd change our room
