The motel met our expectations. It's clean, comfortable and inexpensive. Add to this a short walk to Skaha.

The room was huge and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Across the road from beach and dog friendly park. A few minutes to dog friendly pub was very handy. Nice quiet residential area of Penticton. Staff are wonderful from the front desk to the maintenance staff, very nice.
Could be more cozy with lamps rather than just overhead lights. But we moved one of the bedside lamps to the kitchen/dining area and that made it more cozy.

The location, beachside with a off leash dog park across the street. Great outdoor ambience, with chairs, lights in the trees surrounding the isle in the middle.
