Spettacolare la Baia di Castro Marina, detta "La Perla del Salento" dove fu rinvenuta la statua della Dea Minerva e dove sbarcò Enea, fuggito da Troia in fiamme. Una baia unica dove produzioni internazionali hanno girato scene per film cult e dove si sono svolti i mondiali di Aquabike ( Watercraft) . Lungo la costa dal mare turchese troviamo a anche le insenature di Marina di Acquaviva, Marina di Andrano, la baia di Porto Miggiano e Santa Cesarea Terme, Porto Badisco, Otranto, Alimini, Torre San'Andrea. Più a occidente Tricase e Tricase Porto, Marina Serra, Marina di Novaglie, Santa Maria di Leuca. Da qui in poi le spiagge del Mar Ionio dalle marine di Ugento fino a Gallipoli, Santa Caterina, Porto Selvaggio, Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto.
