This is a beautiful area of Wisconsin and a great place for young families. We were 2 couples in our late 70’s and had a few challenges. We loved sitting on the back deck, but the railing on the steps done were rough and had lots of slivers. One couple slept in the basement which was ok because there used to stairs, but there is this odd area from the bedroom to the bathroom that is 2 steps up and then over and 2 steps down. In the middle of the night going to the bathroom seemed tricky. As a matter of fact the man ended up falling on his butt. A railing on those steps would have helped. We also bought steaks and planned to cook out, but the grill was really in too bad of shape to cook on.The house was well stocked with everything you need and a young family would have a ball there.

The experience was amazing. Love the scenery. The cabin was perfect for an extended weekend trip with friends. Plenty of space and the hosts were great to partner with throughout the experience from booking to leaving. We hope to return in the future.

The house was great for our girl's weekend away! Super clean and great common spaces to spend time together in.
