La nostra casa Riverfront si trova nel Bullhead City Arizona fronte casinò a Laughlin Nevada. Il nostro quattro camere da letto tre bagno di casa si trova a cinque miglia a sud di casinò sul lato dell'Arizona del fiume Colorado. Questa spaziosa casa 2700 sq. Piedi è completamente attrezzata con tutte le lenzuola, articoli di carta, saponi, e utensili da cucina. La nostra casa vacanze ha due master suite entrambe con letti king size e due camere da letto con letti queen size e un divano letto in giù sala ricreativa scale e nel soggiorno al piano superiore. Il bagno principale al piano superiore ha una grande vasca idromassaggio e un grande doccia e lavandino doppio. Il grande piano di sopra bagno degli ospiti ha una vasca con doccia sopra ha anche doppi lavandini. Il soggiorno sala da pranzo e la cucina sono sia nel livello di entrata al primo piano. L'ampio soggiorno che è dotato di un 60 'satellitare' tve lettore blu ray con Netflix. Il soggiorno aperto a un ponte a figura intera con un barbecue propano e grande tavolo da pranzo. La sala da pranzo adiacente sia ha anche una vista sul fiume ostruita hanno. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare quel pasto speciale. La seconda camera matrimoniale è situato al piano inferiore con una grande finestra che si affaccia sul fiume e un bagno adiacente con vasca e doccia. Il rec. camera al piano inferiore ha un tavolo da gioco e un 30 '' TV via satellite con una grande vetrata che si affaccia sul fiume e ponte scale verso il basso che è dotato di un pozzo del fuoco di gas, zona soggiorno, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di sabbia e il fiume

Brand new kitchen was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for our family. The music room is inviting as well as the outdoor patios. Love this home away from home.

The house had plenty of room for our group of 10 to stay! Great location on the river! Quiet, private, and great views. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive.
The biggest con was that the house was not very clean. The bathtubs each had 5-10 dead bugs inside. Woke up the first morning to ants in the living room. Cobwebs throughout the house, spiders, a couple cockroaches, and a lot of dead bugs/ dirt behind and underneath furniture. Another con was that the house is not baby/ toddler friendly at all and we had 2 toddlers with us. Lots of breakable decorations throughout the house that are easy for little ones to get into. Also, the baby gate that was provided was so old that it wasn’t sturdy enough to keep the toddlers safe from the stairs. So we ended up buying our own.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The price, location, and size of the house, outweighed any negatives for us and we would stay again!

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best experience. We walked in to a flooded home due to a pipe break in the bathroom. Obviously out of the owners control. But we traveled from California to celebrate my husbands birthday and we really had no other place to go so we had no choice but to stay. We got in pretty late, but we swept out most of the water and a restoration company came out the following day and put out loud fans that had to run all night and day to dry the place out. But aside from all of that, we first noticed the house was overly cluttered with older decor, and with alot of stuff comes dust and cob webs that were EVERYWHERE! As if nobody had come in to clean the home in years! There were cockaroach droppings in the kitchen drawers, the refrigerator was filthy, the master shower did not work, the oven didn't work, the wifi did not work and the bbq outside was not clean or provided with propane, so we had to go out and buy one. It was so unfortunate as we paid quite a bit of money to stay here, and we only got refunded less than half the amount we paid. If we had another option to just go elsewhere we would have, but we couldn't, so we tried to make the best of it. We did enjoy the backyard right on the lake, where we tried to spend most of our time. They had a beautiful set up and there was a perfect sandy beach spot. This home has so much potential, And if the cleanliness of the home and the utilities were kept up. I would definitely reccomend.
