Great location in a quiet street. Very close to all important amenities, money changers, grocery, pharmacy, coffee shops. Dragon bridge is 10 minutes walk! Host is very helpful and always ready to help in any of your enquiries or info. The room is clean with all the basic amenities. We will stay there again if available for sure and value for money!.

New, clean, modern apartment with everything you need for everyday life, including equipped kitchen and free laundry on the premises. Han, the owner, works hard to maintain everything in great shape. Very quiet location, near river and short trip to beach or commercial center of town.

The owners are very nice couple. Our flight was very early and Linh allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment is very clean and pleasant

Friendly husband and wife who own/run the hotel and give you all the information you need. It's in a great location and is exactly as pictured. Highly recommended

absolutely amazing little apartment in a perfect location ! Linh was lovely and went above and beyond to help us book a taxi and store our bags , they have do it yourself laundry which is very useful and all in all a simply wonderful stay ! Wish we had stayed longer!

This is my second time here, and I always enjoyed it very much. I have to say I have absolutely no complains. Perfect, quiet and peaceful place. Not only is there an air-con, there's also a fan!
The entire building and the rooms are sparkling clean. Han and Lyn take care of you like if you are their own family. They are always there to help you with anything at all. Just ask them and it will be arranged.
Neighborhood is filled with friendly folks.

It was my first solo travel. First I was a bit scared to travel alone, than I met this friendly people and call this place my home (meanwhile). They are the friendliest hosts I've ever met. They care, they are absolutely friendly and no matter what time it is, they are always there for you. It really felt like home. Highly recommend to everyone, especially solo travelers. I definitely come back. The apartment couldn't have been cleaner & nicer. And you can reach almost everything in Da Nang by feet. Dragon Bridge, a local market, shopping center, cafes and restaurants nearby. Next time, I and my boyfriend will be back for a longer stay.
