The size of the property is amazing. The location is approximately 40-50 mins universal, publix is 5 mins away and there is plenty of restaurants located at champions gate which is also a short drive.
The property is serious need of redecoration. The walls in most of the rooms are dirty or have marks on them. Some of the beds have stains and need replaced, washing machine and fridge need replaced for the price of the property. We had to purchase items for the kitchen to make food. Kitchen is poorly equipped.

The size of the pool and the property was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Kelly was so helpful, Ted was brilliant and the pool guy was so friendly and funny!!!
The kitchen appliances are a bit dated - cooker and fridge need updated. As do the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Loved the space and the amenities also, it was a nice to be in a gated community it was very quite for the most part.
It was located to far from everything not very convenient and the rest of the issues are many to list.
