Most of the things, room cleaning, washroom door did not close, poor maintenance, was not a value for money spent

The interior was very different from other hotels I visited That caught my eye.

The bed was not comfortable at all.

Location is good, food was also good.

Nothing as such.

Food and staff was excellent💯

Best in class room.staf was well behaved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel North House in Uttarakhand and I must say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-appointed with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. What really sets Hotel North House apart, however, is the level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from restaurant recommendations to help booking local tours and activities. They were always available to answer my questions and offer assistance, and their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a valued guest. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also exceptional - I enjoyed several delicious meals there during my stay. And the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area, with easy access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and other natural wonders. Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel North House Uttarakhand highly enough. If you're looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay in a beautiful setting with exceptional service, this is definitely the place to go.

This is my second visit to this wonderful hotel, and I can't wait to go back. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms with decent interiors, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Thank you so much
