The location and room itself were phenomenal. Nice and spacious with a beautiful view of the water.
The pillows were extremely thin and quite a bit of light came through the bedrooms at night making it a little hard to get a good sleep. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

It is located in a very good location
There is a lot of noise from people leaving the pub next door,12.00 to about 3.20 am in carpark next to unit.
People from our complex yelling out to them too shut up.2 x nighs
TV control is not working,
Could not get the garage door remote to work.
Light switch to main walk-in robe needs fixing.

The location was good.
the property was not like in the photos. it was not clean, there were hair all around the apartment. there wasn’t any milk for tea/ coffee. the aircon wasn’t working on one of the bedrooms. the couch was so dirty and all the utensils had stains in them. the dishwasher wasn’t working properly either we had to hand wash all the dishes before using them.

Beautiful, light and airy. Always an amazing location on the river in Maroochydore. Really comfortable and spacious for an apartment. Lots of nice little touches too.

Excellent location close to lots of great dining options.
Loved the light filled lounge and balcony overlooking the river. Pool/spa were great.

The apartment was quite large, spacious, and luxurious. Being a corner apartment, it had wrap around balconies. The views were fabulous and the proximity to local supermarkets and shopping was amazing!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was nicely styled and the position was absolutely perfect.
The river views are fantastic and the apartment was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed and the communication with Debbie was excellent.
The on-site pool was beautiful and we often had it to ourselves.
The tv was large and smart functions were excellent.
Washing machine and dryer were also incredibly handy.
The back bedrooms were quite noisy due to the proximity to the Duporth Tavern and associated daily services. This did make sleeping a little troublesome with some late night and early morning noise.
The apartment didn’t have any flatscreens so we couldn’t keep the doors or windows open for long without letting the bugs in.

location excellent, room view great. Laundry Kitchen and bathroom stocked with enough soaps and detergents.
lounges a bit uncomfortable, cooking fry pan handle loose,, iron busted at the tip, kitchen sink plug seal busted, WiFi router too close to main bedroom bed. Fridge shelving broken.
