The apartment was clean and spacious and the beds where comfortable, I was surprised how quite the area was

There was a musty smell when you entried the apartment but disappeared quick, needs a new toilet our tv wasn't working the night staff didn't response but the the day staff where excellent. No lifts if needed request a ground floor apartment

It was excellent value for money, good location, good size apartment, well kept and very clean - I would like to mention the lovely girl who met us to check in - I didn't get her name but I would like to give her a thumbs up 👍 for her lovely manner, helpfulness and on how clean the apartment was 👍

The shower! I couldn't regulate the temperature...

Good location and value

On arrival I called the two numbers a number of times to meet someone and got no reply but to be fair to the lady meeting us a lot of people arrived at the same time so no problem with that. Now that I'm filer with the booking in process it won't be a problem next time.
