Questa unità superiore (3 ° piano) dispone di ascensore e parcheggio coperto per facilitare l'ingresso e l'uscita. Disposizione camera da letto: 2 re, 4 doppie e una doppia. Arredato con gusto, situato in una comunità di lusso sulla spiaggia ampia e tranquilla della famiglia. Ocean Isle Beach è un ottimo posto per essere sulla costa della Carolina del Nord. OIB è un'isola barriera lunga 7 miglia con un'ampia spiaggia non affollata nella parte meridionale della Carolina del Nord. L'isola è un posto tranquillo per famiglie, circondato da tutto ciò che si può desiderare in vacanza: ottimi ristoranti, letteralmente centinaia di campi da golf, pesca di ogni genere, siti storici, shopping, nuoto, prendere il sole e il trambusto di Myrtle Beach con tutti delle sue attrazioni è a soli 30 miglia di distanza. Il nostro condominio, situato all'estremità occidentale dell'isola. A pochi passi dal Beach Access & Pool.

Our heart is in OIB. This is the vacation that feels like coming home. Joe’s place was exactly what we needed this week. Don’t let the negative past reviews sway you- all things are as they should be. The only thing I would suggest is an earlier check in option. 5:00 is pretty late when you pay full price for a night. Will keep this place in our favorites list!

As someone who’s been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for years now, this was one of my all time favorite stays. The property manager, Joe, is extremely accommodating, timely and quick to respond — which made the overall stay easy.The condo itself is very clean, updated and perfect for groups of any kind it seems. While I didn’t bring kids on this trip, I can see how this would be a good fit for families as there are bunk beds for younger ones (or even adults too!). The views of the beach from the condo are pretty unbeatable as you get a view of the front row and beyond.Not to mention you can take advantage of the tennis and pickleball courts, in addition to the pool and tiki bar just a short walk away — this was a big hit for our group after a long day at the beach.Given what other properties are charging at OIB these days, this is definitely a good deal. I will be back!

The house was in a fantastic location — just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for our group. It also had plenty of space to accommodate all 13 of us comfortably, which was a big plus. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward.However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. I reached out to the host on the day of arrival with a simple question about where to find the toilet paper in the house, but never received a response. Communication is an important part of any stay, so that was disappointing.Additionally, there was a leak under the kitchen sink when we arrived. A container had already been placed there to catch the water, and it was already partially full and smelled unpleasant — clearly not something that just started. We also noticed mold around the vents near the couch in the living room, which was concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint.Overall, the location and size of the home were great, but the lack of communication and maintenance issues brought down the overall experience.
