We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many units at Little Bay Country Club. This unit tops them all so far. It's location on the cliffs provides amazing views and sunsets. We were welcomed with cold beverages and a generous variety of snacks. The unit is nicely decorated and the orchids (they are real ones) were blooming and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. When I couldn't find something that I needed (a cutting board), two were delivered the very next day. Overall the unit is very well maintained and the unit has great management. The owners are fabulous hosts and they have a solid team (Dane and Shareen) to address any unexpected problems efficiently. We can't say enough about the experience and stay overall. We have already booked for a month in 2021. If you haven't stayed at Little Bay Country Club, a few things that are worth mentioning (but are no reflection on this particular unit) - there is new construction in the community so at times the construction noise and jackhammering is overwhelming but it should be done in the next 6 months. The sand fleas are relentless at times so be prepared with bug spray. Highly recommend Curtis and Andrea's place! Looking forward to returning.

Enjoyed stay and found villa to be welcoming and well furnished.

The accommodation fully made up to our expectations! The villa is very new, spacious and well equipped (kitchen, towels, internet). The lawn behind the villa stretches till the cliffs and had a great view on the Caribbean See and beautiful sunsets. The pool and beach which are non-public and therefore very quiet, are a few minutes walk from the house. The beach is a great place for snorkling with some small reefs close by. The host is very responsive to questions and request. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Seagull. We were there for 3 weeks and felt at home. Little Bay Country Club is a great community; we felt safe and the grounds are well-kept. There was construction going on, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment. The Seagull apartment is beautiful and modern, and the cliff-view gazebo is spectacular! Andrea is a wonderful host; she had refreshments and snacks ready for us when we arrived and later sent us an assortment of local fruits. Sherine took very good care of the house while we were there. The private beach and pool are a short walk from the apartment and had plenty of seating. The beach is also great for snorkeling!

Vacation rentals don't always live up to the photos - but the Seagull sure does! It was even more beautiful, peaceful and comfortable than we had imagined it would be. Andrea, Shireen and Dane made sure we had everything we needed and the house was immaculate and very well maintained. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and welcoming - we felt very much at home. The pool and beach were beautiful and never crowded. We rarely felt the need to go into town or to any other beaches, but when we did it was super easy to get a taxi into town, just a few minutes away. Forget Rick's! The most beautiful sunsets were to be had right in our own backyard. We had an amazing Jamaican meal cooked for us right in our own condo by Dane and Lovely. It was a highlight and we'd highly recommend it. Early morning coffee sitting right at the water's edge, watching the spear-fishers swim by was the absolute best way to start each day. This was a vacation to remember and we sincerely hope we'll be back again!

As a family of 5 plus a baby, we had a great stay at the Seagull! Andrea was a great host and had everything we needed upon our arrival and checked in with us often to make sure everything was to our liking. The property is beautiful and really peaceful and it felt very safe and secure. The pool and beach were great. This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a place to spend some quality family time! 7 mile beach is just five minutes away if you're looking for more action. We would definitely stay at this property again.

When I landed at the airport I received a text from Andrea making sure that my flight was okay and to make sure I had transportation to the condo. I travel all of the time and I have never had the property owner check on me. I was blown away! Andrea was wonderful. My friends and I arrived at the condo, We where greeted by Dean and Sharine who were both amazing. They showed us all of the features and amenities of the condo and gave us the keys. Andrea thought of everything. There was beer in the fridge, bottled water, a bottle of rum, potato chips, muffins, etc; The condo is so beautiful! The views are breathtaking! The pictures do not do it justice. My job requires me to pay attention to detail, so I am a perfectionist, and this condo gets an A+. The condo was fully stocked of everything you could possibly need. It was so comfortable. There was also a free cell phone with a 100 free minutes for local calls. Again, Andrea thought of everything. Sharine came to clean everyday. She was so warm and friendly. She did a great job and had such a beautiful spirit and great sense of humor. She even offered to wash our clothes. There was a driver always available and would get to you in 10 minutes or less. There was another driver that would take you to do excursions. There was also a chef available if you wanted. This condo exceeded our expectations. My friends and I decided to make this our annual vacation condo. Book this condo you won't regret it.
