Quiet neighborhood. The owners were easy to work with. Property was clean with all of the necessities to be there for a few days. Location was easy to get to, not up through winding mountains. We hope to stay again.

Everything we desired for our ski vacation. Very spacious for our family of four. We were able to visit multiple ski resorts (keystone, breck, vail, beaver creek), then return each evening and relax in hot tub. Confortable beds too! Perfect for us.

We had a great stay at this property for christmas! Close enough to the resorts to go skiing one day but close enough to restaurants/bars in town to not have to leave the area! House was very clean and we loved hanging out in the hot tub. The only thing I would suggest is putting the check-out instructions on the app as well as in the welcome guide. Thank you so much for such a great stay and we will definitely be back!

There were four of us, and we couldn't of been happier with our stay! We had some troubles with the hot water but it ended up coming on that same night, and no problems from then on. The hot tub was great and the views were amazing! The beds were comfy and it was in a great location. 10/10

Very nice and clean unit! It would help if you would set the numerous codes to the same one! It would help if you added a step stool to get into the master bedroom bed, it is very high off the ground! Everything else was great! Thanks again for allowing us to use your home! We loved that you could hear the river while sleeping with the window open. One of the cleanest places we have stayed. It is right on a biking/walking trail along the Blue River, which was great fun for working off a good meal or a long drive through the mountains. The trails will take you all the way to Vail should you dare!

We had a great stay at the townhouse. The location in Silverthorne is great and the unit was nice and quiet during the summer months. We could walk down to the river and use the walking path and get to anywhere we wanted to go very conveniently. Plenty of space especially for a family of four each room has its own bathroom which is awesome. The garage was ideal to not have to park the car outside. Overall we really enjoyed the unit! Thanks!

We booked this townhouse for our Christmas vacation. It’s a a beautiful property with plenty of room. Everything was clean and had all of the supplies you could need for cooking or doing laundry. The hot tub was amazing in the evenings. It’s a great location where you’re close to shops and restaurants, along with the nearby ski resorts and activities like tubing or sleigh rides in Frisco. We had a great time and are already talking about returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, we cooked most of our meals so that was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we woke up well rested for a full day of skiing. The property is conveniently located to several ski resorts which was also very important to us. The only thing I would change is the couch in the living room, our family of four would have been more comfortable on a larger couch, perhaps a sectional. Overall this was a 5 start property!

My two sisters and I stayed in this beautiful home for our annual sister trip. The home was comfortable and furnished with everything you would need. The kitchen was fully equipped. I walked several mornings on the walking path behind the house that follows the Blue River. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking. The location of the rental was perfect as we did things in Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon and even drove to Steamboat Springs for a day. We loved our home away from home and hope you will too.

We enjoyed the location while we took a few day trips. The kitchen was probably the best I’ve had in a rental. It had everything you need. I’d only add a crockpot, but that’s something I use all the time.
We couldn’t hear the River as noted in description, but mainly because the hot tub is SO loud. Had to keep turning up the TV just to hear the TV. It ruined the peacefulness and experience.
When we arrived, the cleaning lady that kept us from checking in for almost two hours late, left me a note with things for me to do. Empty the dishwasher, fold a load of towels, and clean a dishwasher that was soaking. This was totally unacceptable since I paid for a cleaning fee. The owner didn’t even offer a refund for part of it. He did try to call, but I didn’t get the message because of cell service.
After we settled in, the living room furniture is comfy and great! The bathroom in the master is wonderful.
We loved the location, but wouldn’t stay at this particular townhome again.

Great Property!
The townhouse itself is wonderful! We had our 2 adult children with us and they each had their own space with a bath connected.
We were a little warm at night with no AC, and we spent time in Vail and Glenwood Springs and they were long drives every day.
The cabin backs up to the Blue River which is beautiful, but you cannot see it unless you walk a bit. But we all had a wonderful time with all the comforts of home!

Beautiful townhome with amazing views and close proximity to the ski slopes and shopping center. A walking path also runs adjacent to the townhome alongside the Blue River. Only drawback, additional comfortable seating (ie. couch/recliner) should be incorporated in the main family room for accomodating larger families (5-6 person).
