Excellent location, with a view north, which means you don’t get baked by the sun when you want to sit on the balcony, but when you want to get sun, you are only a few feet away from a wonderful beach, perhaps the best in Puerto Rico.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The beach location, and a pool, were great. The unit was clean, the owners friendly and very responsive. The building staff were very friendly.
It was walking distance to restaurants, Walgreen/CVS, expressway, etc... and included an underground parking spot. There were a few spices in the cabinet and 1 roll of toilet/paper towels. There is a welcome book with suggestions for eating, activities, etc.
They provide a few seated beach chairs as well. You can rent a beach umbrella for $10 on the beach. And another $4 ea for reclining chairs.
Even better if:
The unit can accommodate 3 with the futon. Therefore there should be 3 sets of beach towels and pool towels. Also, I recommend spending another $30-50 and proving two sets of towels for each guest. After 2-3 days the towels were stale smelling (need to use better laundry detergent & Downey). Yes, there is a laundry room on the ground floor, but no one wants to take time from their day to wash towels.
Last, I like the small beach chairs, 3 reclining chairs would be even better!

We really enjoyed the week we stayed at this property. The location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Great view from the balcony and fully equipped kitchen made for an enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and check in/out was quick and easy. Thanks!

The location was great-just 10 min from the airport, but also located on a beautiful beach so we could relax in the sun or grab a bite to eat across the street. The room was furnished with beach towels & a little cooler that came in handy for our day trips to nearby beaches. Overall- this was a great home base for our adventures across the island. Property owners were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean, right on the beach with a pool also. The deck overlooking the beach was a nice way to enjoy the evening or early mornings. Great restaurants right on the beach within a short walk. Easy check in and easy to communicate with owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed!

Such a great stay in your beautiful place! The ocean view is stunning. We enjoyed the pool every morning for our workout. Also, we made the walk to Foxwoods Casino most days!! We hope

If you are looking for an immaculately clean property, with a million dollar view, on the safest beach in San Juan, this is the property for you. Hosts are super organized and kind. Tons of eateries, a great supermarket, car rentals and casinos, all within easy walking distance.

The property was fine but i would suggest an air cleaner or a dehumidifier due to the musty mildew smell. Other than that it was great. Good location, my best friend & i felt very safe.

We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was well communicated and easy to follow. The condo was clean, nice, and in a great location. Everything went well and the owners checked in with a text to make sure everything went smooth. Very enjoyable!

Thank you for making our trip to Puerto Rico amazing! The beach supplies were so helpful and we loved taking in the views from the balcony! We always felt safe and did not need a car. We used Uber to go to Old San Juan.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in Isla Verde Beach. The condo was a central location and walking distance to many delicious restaurants. The condo was comfortable, and words cannot describe the view! Hearing the waves crash on the beach on the patio is so relaxing. Sonia was very helpful and easy to work with during the booking, upon arrival, and answered any questions we had. An amazing trip and look forward to coming back again for another visit very soon.

This apt was very clean ,kitchen had a very good supply of amenities,lots of storage place in the room to put your belongings plus the owners ,especially Sonia,was very informative getting close to our stay and our departure.Obviously loved the view from the balcony.I would stay there again.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. There were many great restaurants in the area. We visited Old San Juan, the rain forest, and a couple other beaches. We hope to visit Puerto Rico again soon.

Condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The view from the balcony is STUNNING! Location is PERFECT. Sonia was GREAT! We will definitely be back!

A little trouble with directions checking out/getting out of garage but we got out!
I would recommend a few extra towels due to multiple showers (hot outside, beach life).
Overall very pleased and would stay again! Communication with hosts and cleanliness are our priorities, and both areas get an A+!

Lovely place to stay right on the beach! Swam in the morning at the pool and afternoon in the ocean! Friendly guys on the beach sets you up with chairs for the day and pretty sunsets at night from the balcony! Clean and stocked well with everything you need for a very nice relaxing stay. Peers were prompt with communication needed. Thank you Felix and Sonia! Never communicated with property manager but security was great and made you feel safe! Day trip to Old San Juan worth it! Very quaint.

OMG! This was the most amazing place. The view is breathtaking from the moment we opened the door and saw the turquoise water. Best location for food and any supplies you needed. The condo is exactly as the pictures portray. We will be coming back as we loved the culture and the people!

This is a great property. Amazing view, great beach which is very clean and not too busy for April. The pool is also a decent size and open until 10pm, where some of the hotels close earlier.
We didn't even need to turn the airconditioning on the whole time due to the lovely ocean breeze. If you leave all the windows open, it is so close you can be lulled to sleep by the waves. Cute apartment which is clean, safe and under 24 hour security.
The area is great, as you are right on the stip with a lot of restaurant options, some even 24 hours.
Sonia was amazing keeping in touch and providing answers to questions very quickly, and an amazing seamless check in process. She even left us some welcome drinks, very nice touches. They have even take then time to put a folder together with all the information you need on history, area, where to go, food menus etc.
There isn't a thing you really need to bring, becasue they have provided it all!
If we ever come back to PR, we would certainly book here again!

Incredible place! They have EVERYTHING you need, including beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of extra linens and towels.
You cannot beat the beachfront location—we spent so much time relaxing on our balcony overlooking the ocean. And you’re just steps from the beach, so making trips back and forth from the room is no problem. We went in April and the beach was never too crowded, so it was super peaceful and relaxing.
In addition to being on the beach, you’re just a 15 minute drive away from Old San Juan, which is a must-stop while in Puerto Rico.
Just make sure to fully read the check-in instructions prior to getting there. We had a little trouble understanding where to go to get our keys and the security guard didn’t speak a ton of English, so it was a little confusing.
Can’t say enough good things about our trip! We’ll be back!

The location of this condo is wonderful and it has an incredible view of Isla Verde beach! It is very well maintained and clean.
It is walkable to many good restaurants as well as a CVS, Walgreens and grocery store for snacks and drinks. It’s also an easy Uber to Old San Juan.
Sonia and Felix were easy to contact and responded quickly to all questions.
We had a lovely relaxing week and highly recommend this condo!

I enjoyed everything about this condo. The Location was great. It was Walking distance to everything you need for a relaxing stay. Playa papaya was nice for my healthy meals and Pizza City Across the street was great too. I rented a Jeep next door at Popular Auto and they were very nice. You are going to spend a lot of time on the balcony. I took so many pictures and had my coffee there every morning and sat there every evening. The view is amazing and the sound of the ocean is so calming. There were items in kitchen for you if needed but you can go to grocery store down the street if you need to stock up on anything. Panaderia España was really good for pastries and the Cuban sandwich was delicious. I drove to Condado and had Mofongo with Pulpo at Rubens Cafe, so delicious. It was perfect to relax and enjoy the ocean. Hosts communicated with me when I arrived and when I departed. Sangria in the fridge as a nice welcome cocktail. The condo was nice and clean and I only used the air conditioning once. The breeze is amazing when I was there so it was enough for me. The futon was comfortable and so was the bed. Overall one of the best vacations I’ve had in awhile. I’ll be back for sure.

This property was fantastic! Right on the beach with amazing views. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked a lot of meals there and it had all that we needed. Sonia was extremely responsive. Lots of things to do in the area too. We highly recommend and hope to be back!

Beautiful views from deck and bedroom. We left windows open at night and didn't turn on air conditioner except a few times when we needed a break from the heat. The kitchen has a water filter on the sink, so you can refill water bottles to reduce waste (I didn't see any recycling in PR). We didn't rent a car and used Uber everywhere. Airport 7 min, Old San Juan 15 min. Beach is great - we had no problem getting chairs and an umbrella. It's deep (lots of space from condo to ocean) of sand, plus long enough to go for a run to the left and right. We never used the pool, but it looked nice. Used laundry facilities. Places to eat: Corchea across the street was pretty good, has outdoor seating (they don't sell wine by the glass), Patio de las Flores was great - we had most apps on the menu and liked them all. The staff were very friendly and really into their mixed drinks - we went there twice and only complaint is the music is too loud, but that seems to be the thing in PR. Al Ambique is very good, but expect a wait. You can put your name on the list and step next door for a drink while you wait or walk the beach.
We sunburned on the first day (Segway Tour in OSJ - use sunscreen!!) - so ended up spending quite a bit of time on the deck relaxing. One thing the deck could use is short foot rests (we moved the indoor plastic chair to deck but then the back of chair blocks the view). Bring back the binoculars, that would be a great addition :-) Would rent again.

Felix and Sonia were amazing hosts and had great communication before arriving and right before departure! This was a fantastic property to stay at. I loved the view, and it was conveniently close to the airport for our departure. Great place to stay for our Honeymoon, and there were multiple rainbows during our stay. My only complaint was that we could not have any beverages in the pool area. We will book this location again <3

Ok, view, location, parking are all great, but? I want everybody to know that this condo definitely raises the bar!!! It was exceptionally clean to begin with, well equipped including very nice cookware, linens, towels and accessories. The air conditioning is CENTRALa/c which eliminated the noise from window units and compressors humming on the balcony taking up space like other annoying rentals. As for the host? She once again, raises the bar to exceptional!!

My stay in this location was amazing. The condo was easy to access and very clean. It provided all the tools need for your stay (i.e. kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels etc.). It was right across the street from a 24 hr Walgreens and several different eateries and bars. The hosts were great in that they communicated with us continuously prior to our trip and throughout our stay making sure that all was well.
The best thing about this condo was the easy access to the beach. The beach views were outstanding, you could sit there for hours listening to the waves. We were also within walking distance of several high-end restaurants and casinos. We would definitely book this condo again!

I highly recommend staying at this location. Seamless checkin/checkout, owners were responsive, very clean condo, awesome view of Isle Verde, within walking distance of plenty of eateries (shoutout to Mi Casita Restaurant!), reasonable drive to San Juan. This was the first visit my wife and I made to PR and we greatly enjoyed our visit. This condo definitely enriched our experience to the island.

I cannot say enough about the location of this beautiful beachfront condo! All windows look out onto the ocean and the balcony catches every breeze. The interior is nicely appointed and everything was clean and well put together. The hosts were very communicative and provided us with beach towels and chairs. This was our second visit to this condo and like our first visit, we were not disappointed. The view from the balcony is simply amazing and the beach is breathtaking. The Alambique beach lounge is within walking distance and they have excellent food. They are famous for there spicy calamari and very delicious. Our host was superb and made sure that were were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. The condo is very clean and convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, Walgreens and CVS. My wife and I had a great time and we will visit again.thank you Sonia and Felix
