We love this property and stay here every year. Everything we need is there and the location is the best. It is a joy to fall asleep and wake to the sound of the Atlantic ocean and to walk on the beach every day. Lily is a great host who communicates well and is very responsive. We have already booked our 2027 stay!

Clean room. all furnishings in excellent shape. We’ve been coming to Sea Winds for decades and have always enjoyed our stay.

The unit is a bit older than I thought it might be, but it was pretty clean and had most everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. I would’ve liked to have seen a TV in the second bedroom.

Pros: Location (15 min walk to Barefoot Landing, just steps from the beach) Beautiful views, large balcony Owner is very nice Cons: Beds are hard! Not just firm mattresses but thin, hard and uncomfortable. Multiple visibly soiled mattress pads. Condo could use some updating overall, furniture and bathrooms are run down. Tips: Note that NO linens are provided. We planned on that and it wasn't a problem for sheets and towels but didn't realize there wouldn't be bath mats, dish towels, hand towels for the bathroom, etc. (It was probably in the info sheet but we didn't notice if it was). Bring a foam pad or something to put on the mattresses. I don't know if this was just during our stay but every single night we were there people were letting off fireworks in the middle of the night. Once at 2:30 a.m.! You may want to bring ear plugs to help with sleep.
