Immerso in Kill Devil Hills, questo attraente casa a 224 € per notte è un fantastico opzione per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Splendida posizione nel cuore delle Outer Banks. Situato a Milepost 6. A pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e un ottimo coffee shop! House ha 10 anni ed è stata completamente rinnovata da me quando l'ho acquistata nel 2011. Ho messo in tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina e pavimenti in tutto. Nel 2016 ho installato un sistema di climatizzazione completamente nuovo. Nel 2017 ho sostituito tutti i materassi. nel 2019 ho sostituito tutto il tappeto delle camere da letto (ora è più morbido a piedi nudi!)
Io e la mia famiglia lo usiamo molto in bassa stagione e la casa è al completo per le estati, quindi ha tutto quello che so che vuoi! Il Lazy Susan si trova a Kill Devil Hills, NC a Mile Post 6 sul lato Ovest (Sound). A 3 isolati da The Front Porch, il miglior coffee shop dell'OBX.
La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto-2 letti queen size, 2 letti singoli e 2 bagni completi con vasca che sono stati completamente ristrutturati. Ventilatori a soffitto e nuove luci in tutto. Schermo piatto nella Great Room. Schermi piatti in tutte le camere da letto pure. Grande mazzo al secondo livello. Grill a gas Internet wireless gratuito. Nuova doccia esterna nel 2012. Casa perfetta per coppie, famiglie o piccoli gruppi. È una scatola da spiaggia (su palafitte) quindi ci sono le scale per raggiungere la zona giorno. La casa è pet friendly, ma non c'è un cortile recintato, quindi dovrete camminare per loro.

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Even though it's pet friendly, you cannot tell that animals have been there. The only recommendations I have would be a fenced yard for dogs and a more comfortable chair in the living room, such as a recliner. All in all, it was one of the nicest places I've stayed at in the Outer Banks.

Our family completely enjoyed our stay at the Lazy Susan. Plenty of space inside and out, even if it rained, under the house. Loved the hammock, but not near as much as the sound sunsets. Breathtaking. Thank you for life long memories.

We recently stayed at the Lazy Susan and had a wondeful time! The house was the perfect size and had all of the amenities we needed for four adults, a baby, and two big dogs. My son loved taking afternoon naps in the hammock under the deck. The house is located within walking distance of a coffee shop and a walking path along the sound, which was perfect for walking our dogs in the morning before it got too hot. It is a short drive to the beach, grocery store, theater, and other local activities. The house was very clean and ready for us at check-in. My only critique for this fabulous stay is I wish sheets and bath towels would have been provided because we specifically had to buy sheets for the beds due to not having those size beds at home. Overall, the house was fantastic. If you are looking for a pet friendly house in the OBX I highly recommend the Lazy Susan!

This property is well located for exploring everything OBX has to offer. The need to bring bedding and towels was a bit problematic for a group flying down. If your not a fan of bright white LED lights this is not your place. Overall though very enjoyable.

Lots of seating inside and out. Walking distance from all kinds of different stores and a 2 minute drive to the public beach. We walked to get coffee every morning and the beach was nice and clean. Neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet. Follow the directions for check out that you get in the email not the binder and don’t forget to bring your linens! Would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!

property was okay but there were many plug in air fresheners so the place was heavily perfumed. If you have allergies or don't like fragrance, don't stay here!

The location of the home is perfect with shops and the pier within walking distance. The neighborhood was quaint and friendly. Check in and out was easy as well.

The house is amazing - great location, beautiful inside and outside. It has everything that you may need and more. I’ve been renting for years through VRBO and this is definitely one of the nicest places we stayed at. Great communication with the owner and property manager. I highly recommend it and hope to be back!

Wifey turned 38 and all she wanted to do was getaway and relax and the Lazy Susan was perfect. We were nothing but lazy the entire trip, lol. This time of year in OBX was perfect for us. Thank you again. The house was very nice and well supplied.

Nice impromptu vacay with the pups. Easy check in. Place as described. Clean house and location was good for barrier island activities. Appreciated the ease of check in and check out and amenities. Would stay again.

Great House
We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Our entire family, including our pup, felt at home and absolutely loved our trips to the beach and walks to the sound. Friendly neighbors and close to all of the places we were looking forward to visiting this year. Agree with another guest that the mattresses were a bit squeaky, but overall a great stay and we look forward to returning!

My friends and I enjoyed walks along the bay, biking a bit further north in Duck, great food at The Black Pelican and Millers, and even a little disc golf at a nearby course. We also enjoyed the new sectional couch and the very cool bar. Sitting on the covered front porch, even (especially?) when there is a light rain coming down is always a welcome and relaxing pause.
My new-ish rescue dog also enjoyed his stay! It's a great to find such a wonderful cottage that also allows pets. My dog would rate it just as highly as I would.

Best Stay Near the Bay!
