Beach , Food and Aqua

I went there from 20 July till 23 July , we really suffer. We didnt find shezlong and we used bean bages to set in gardens without any umbrellas. Privacy were such a dream as many guestes shares the same umbrella and shezlongs. We were suffering every day to find a table in the main restaurant. To get any thing from bar or snacks we went through a long line to get even a bottle of watter. They operate with out electric generator. On daily baises we have slept without AC for 2 hours minmum and in the middle of the day it will be very hard to get cold water. Aqua has been switched off due to electricty issue. Staff attitude is the worst ever specillay the animation & recption teams. No clean standrad or hygeian applied on pools or resturant. Pools are not clean Rooms with private pool are suffring from guests sets in their gardens and they are not recommend at all. Room has very old furniture , wardrobe doors are not working. When i went to complain in the recption , they told me that hotel is occuping 1310 guest and we cant do any thing to you.

I enjoyed my vacation. service war very nice. Reception was very helpful and professional specially Mr.Osama and Mr.Ahmed. I will come back

House keeping

-in the heart of Almamsha, -Nice staff special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Sameer in reception and the housekeeping in 5th floor. -Very nice aqua park.... Not that big but very lovely for kids. -Private beach -Varity of food. -5 Swimming pools.

Pools are great as well as the beach. Food has a great variety of choice, and the cakes and sweets are wunderful. Staff is friendly and die animation Team is TOP as well as the girl with red hair which is great with kids. We enjoyed our stay, rested and also had a lot of fun.

The room could be renovated and better maintained, bigger and bed for couples schould be one big and not two separated.

This is the most exceptional resort we have ever stayed at! My Mrs and I had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The culinary offerings were outstanding, with a constantly changing assortment of cuisine. The evening entertainment was top-notch, and there were multiple swimming pools, ensuring that things never got too crowded. The rooms were roomy and well-appointed, and housekeeping did an excellent job. I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay here, and I would highly recommend this resort. We hope to return!

Exceptional Stay Our stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy was just perfect, the staff were overwelcoming, special thanks to Moneim and Aya at the front desk for their hospitality and kind gestures during the whole trip. Great Resort with nice selection of pools, aqua park, restaurants, beach sites, animation team, mini disco, night shows and things to keep the kids active and entertained. The whole staff were really nice and helpful. A big thanks to Aqua staff (Ashraf, Waleed, Ramadan, Yehia, Mahmoud) for their care and kindness. Another big thanks to Hashem, Gym coach, for his training skills and guidance. Special mention to Karim who ensured our room was looking spotless each day and created the most amazing towel displays which the kids loved discovering! We definetly will be coming again.

Great great great Very friendly staff, helpful, clean hotel. In the restaurant the guest are looked after in all possible ways, the spa is good, the animation is superb, requests are attended quickly. I can only recommend it and - highly- The restaurant manager and it staff, the reception staff, the house keeper manage and it's staff, the taxi service , well all the hotel with no exception The risotto and the soup..... Well, I had enjoy and even extended my stay
