Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and bbq with small pool

Location right next to firestation makes for a bit of early morning noise

The property and the house is beautiful, no doubt. Four bedrooms offers plenty of space for 7 or 8 people. Decor and cleanliness is great: new, modern and clean. The front outdoor seating area is spacious and beautiful (enough to fit a rental car which is needed as there is no public parking in the village), the pool and seating area in the backyard with BBQ is also a major plus. Small grocery store nearby as well as a souvenir shop and many great restaurants, all within walking distance, is very convenient. Perast area with sea and mountains has a beauty which is absolutely unmatched. Highly recommend a boat tour. The host Ivan was very responsive and helpful with recommendations, he made our stay convenient and comfortable. The people of Montenegro were great also, down to earth, laid back. Overall a fantastic vacation spot.

Nothing we particularly disliked but couple of points for consideration: Winding staircase not very safe for small children (our kids are 4). Fire station next door generates maintenance and repair noises (not a big deal but not a plus). Garbage needs to be walked to garbage area (this is the case for everyone). Taxi is hard to get as needs to come from Kotor and can be expensive, best to rent a car if you can in order to explore the beauty of broader area (which is amazing).
