Beautiful condo, very up to date, comfortable beds. Views of the water from every window! Right across the road from the beach, really nice pool area. Our favorite place we have stayed at!

Do not rent this condo. My family visited during the 4th of July week and did not have functioning air conditioning the entire visit. The temperatures outside were at a record high so you can imagine the discomfort. The temperature in the condo was consistently 78 degrees and air was not blowing from the vents in the kitchen, dining room, and twin bedroom making those rooms unusable. When I cooked it would reach 80 degrees and the air quality was humid and stifling the entire time. At the end of the week the dishwasher stopped working toward the end of the week and the bathroom in the hallway sink had a slow drain. There were ants all over the kitchen counter when my son tried to eat his breakfast Friday morning. We were given a window unit for the master bedroom, but our children had to sleep on the pull out couch utilizing $70 worth of fans we purchased. Every issue was reported to the management company starting Saturday when we checked in. The person we called would not readily respond to emails and acted inconvenienced when we called her. We had to constantly reach out to the property management to get them to engage with us. At the end of our visit after trying to work with them to resolve the issues we asked for a refund for half of our money. After waiting for a full 24 hours for a response, still no response. Avoid this property and all itrip properties. It's not worth the risk. I guess our next step is to get VRBO involved.

Nicely decorated, very spacious, and the owners thought of everything down to the candles out on the balcony. We did not want for anything. I’d stay again except for the fact that there is nothing nearby to walk to.

The property was lovely. It was very beachie, rustic and cozy!! The condo was well supplied with everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the coastal waterway. The pool was lovely as well.

Perfect location and amazing view! The balcony was my fav with plenty of room and seats. The closet is full of beach chairs, tennis rackets and many other things you might want. The property manager was very nice, accommodating and got back to me quickly even on Easter Sunday. Beautiful property, we would definitely stay here again.

We love this area and have stayed up and down the coast. This was a beautiful condo on the inlet and a short walk to the beach. Seen dolphins every day while eating. Very quite community but super friendly. The girls had a good time walking to various places or taking the trolly to Clearwater or John’s Pass. Overall all of us enjoyed ourselves and we gave our daughter and her best friends something to remember for a lifetime

Dolphin watching
Everything was as advertised. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony saw them 3 of the 7 days. Enjoyed the pool and seating was available whenever we went to the pool. Quick walk to the beach, enjoyed beach walking in the mornings. Only downside twin beds were very squeaky/noisy for an adult to sleep on.

My favorite condo
We go to Florida once a year and this has been my favorite rental. It was really really nice. Decorated great inside, the views from all the windows and balcony were fantastic. We hope to stay here again next year.

Family vacation 2021
All of the info I needed was sent by email which made check-in/checkout so easy!! We had an amazing stay! We really enjoyed the space. Beautifully set-up and decorated! We also had family come by and visit and they loved it as well!

Not sure why I paid what I did, only to have to stock the place with what I should have already had. They almost made it...but the floors were so sticky, and the shower floor was so dirty, that I spent half three hours of my vacation cleaning-after we ruined our socks.

5 Star - Close but no cigar!
This Indian Shores Condo is on the 5th floor of a 8 story building located on the east side of Gulf Blvd. This has a beautiful view of the inter coastal waterway where we observed dolphins, bird life and interesting boat traffic. The hot tub and pool are great amenities and maintained to a comfortable temperature.. However, the interior is a bit rough and dated. To put it mildly, this unit needs a large dose of TLC to get it to a 5 star level. Some of the furniture is in disrepair and the kitchen dishes, pots & pans, flatware were either missing or very minimal. The laundry is located on the 4th floor which is a pain. The unit's TV and internet instructions are in need of revision. Guest parking needs an explanation. This is at best a weak 4 star rating.

Great Location, Wonderful View, Good complex
While the location was great, view wonderful the place was a little dirty, no, really dirty. I was surprised we had to pay for cleaning. The ice tray in the freezer was disgusting. It looked as though they took a swifter over the floors instead of mopping. There was dried candy stuck on the floor. My husband walked barefoot over the floors and had to clean them before getting into bed they were so dirty. Not to mention sleeping on the twin beds were horrible. The bathroom towel rack fell off the wall when I tried to hang a towel on it and they NEVER fixed it the month we were there. Towels were very old and small...bring your own. I bought some from Costco for $4 a piece and they were MUCH better. Then when I asked to rent next year they said they had to wait to see if the other renters wanted it first! REALLY!!! Poorly managed. I did like the location that was a big plus with the ocean just about a block away. The pool and hot tub were nice. I would have chosen a different unit. this one was not furnished very nicely. Old, old, old.

Needs some tlc
The unit is nice but needs some updating. The reclining chair was pretty old and uncomfortable. A new recliner would add a lot. Update on dishes, pans, and silverware is needed! I’m hoping new owners will want to do some updating! I’m renting again next year! Great complex. Great view of inter coastal. Close to Laundry! Nice pool and hot tub and nice friendly residents!

This property was for sale and we had all kinds of people walkin in on us. Now the condo is sold but we was not happy about this. The condo it self was o.k.

Departure comments
Unit 508 was okay. Bed room number 2 still doesn't get enough A/C and is very warm at all times. The flooring in the master bedroom is still separating in several places like last year. The vertical blind closest to the dining table doesn't close all the way and is missing some slats. I would like to know if you have a different unit for next summer. I will contact Kevin directly about this but need the information so I can make plans. We had a fun time and look forward to going again next summer!

Fijne vakantie plek
Twee weken hier gezeten en erg naar ons zin gehad. Veel te doen in de omgeving en natuurlijk het strand aan de overkant van de weg. De condo is ruim met een prachtig uitzicht.
