The paperbark tents were very clean and well equipped
The camping kitchen BBQs were both not working on the one night we wanted to cook! There was no one we could call after hrs as reception was closed at 6pm.
A lot of people were not able to cook that night
The site was very muddy as it had rained a lot over the preceding weeks which was noone’s fault. But feel that the numerous pot holes in the car park and on the site driveway need to be addressed as they were quite tricky and full of water.

Beautiful spot right on the lake. Loved the kangaroos and wildlife all hanging around close. Was so picturesque, all the surroundings and had everything we needed.
Quite a lot of ants and bugs in the clamping tent we stayed in but you get that and everything else made up for it.

Clean, convenient and environment is brilliant, wildlifes are so close to view, nature feeling fulfilled the entire trip. And the most important he service standard is in the top level, we felt welcome here.
Just Kangaroo poop is nearly everywhere, especially on the grass around Paperbark tent, where everyone including children can easily stepped it on, another is the mobile signal was nothing. Though these won't affected the exceptional experiences.

Incredible location and facilities. We stayed in a wilderness tent and had the best time. The lake is sensational, and our family had an ball! Already planning our next trip!

C’est un coin de paradis, entourée de kangourou au milieu d’un parc naturel. Les lodge paperbank ( glamping) sont très confortable, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Le restaurant et le bar sont aussi très bien.

The wilderness tent was fairly spacious, with just beds, a ceiling fan and a power socket. It had a little outside deck with a table and chairs. Lovely view of the lake. Cooking facilities were good and the bathrooms very good. There is a bar and restaurant. The Everglades tours start from here

Being able to get a coffee, beer and pizza was great. Wildlife was amazing. We will be back

Kangaroo. Big tent.
I have expected more for the price. The tent was flapping in the night because of wind, was very loud and uncomfortable. Long unlighted road, the next shop in 25 min drive.

We loved how open and beautifully kept the grounds were. The staff were so lovely and accomodating every single interaction.

Comfortable tents nice setting.
The cafe doesn’t open until 8am which seems late when hosting many young families in a camp ground and a solid 20 min drive from anywhere.

Only thing is tents are freezing at night but a comfy bed & plenty of blankets

Linen fresh on beds, really good, ensuite in paperbark big excellent, location good, camp kitchen inadequate for
school holiday busy time, people lines up, no facilities plates, saucepans, cutlery, usually found in camp kitchens, inconvenient if camping.

Staff were incredible. On-site brewery and restaurant were terrific. The glamping tent was very comfy and clean. Fire pit was a great extra. My only constructive comment would be that a heater would have made it perfect.

The location was lovely and peaceful. Limited internet meant we had to talk to each other as a family.
The listing of "kitchenware" on the facilities page could have listed what was there. We were expecting bowls, plates, cutlery but all that was there was wine glasses, tumblers and 3 coffee mugs.
Our original assigned tent hadn't been cleaned and we had to wait 20 minutes for a new tent. The staff were friendly and gave us a $25 voucher for the restaurant.

Amazing and beautiful location. Clean, comfortable tent. Canoe Tour was lots of fun. Peaceful and great staff. Lots of wildlife.
Food at restaurant was not great for the cost.

Roos and wildlife, accessibility to water, comfy glamping tents and beds.
Positioning of the glamping tents (too grid like and views towards the campers and loos for example), bins exposed, and a lot of rubbish at the back in the fields. The lights from vending machine and main office block on all night.

Beautiful location and stunning natural environment. The wilderness tents are the perfect way to experience camping without all needing all the gear and enjoy a little bit of luxury. Everything was well setup, clean, organised and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The Bistro was brilliant. Great food, great service. Fantastic family glamping experience.
There should be stricter rules enforced on noise control and size of groups allowed to gather. There is a no party policy and signs that say no noise after 10pm. But these were not enforced and unfortunately not respected by other visitors sadly. Otherwise it would have been a perfectly peaceful stay in paradise.

A beautiful location.. glamping with a side of delicious cocktails and beer!
Not pristinely clean so if you aren't a fan of bugs and cobwebs in corners of the toilet/shower, steer clear but hey, even glamping still has a touch of creepy crawlies to make you feel like you're in the great outdoors, right?

The peace and quiet although the tent we got assigned was by the entrance and it was noose at times due to cars coming in or out
The staff at the restaurant wasn’t nice when we were looking at the menu. She talked to us as if we were stupid only because English is not our first language. Disappointing. Also, the restaurant closed on Dec 21st and we found out only that same day. There wasn’t enough notice that the restaurant was going to be closed, only a sign on the restaurant door. It would have been good to put signs in toilets and kitchen to make sure everyone noticed and got prepared if they didn’t have any food, like us.
