The man we collected the keys from was extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation was ideal, everything was within walking distance.

The only thing that I like from this place is the location.

I am really really really disappointed and upset. I was request an early check in to the owner, she was replied she will do the best to make it, okay I understand. The day when I landed in Biarritz I called the owner to confirm if it’s possible to have an early check in and she replied may be it’s possible between 11-12…I replied ok no problem. few minutes after I text her if it’s possible to let my luggage to keep my luggage somewhere because I have to go for business meeting but she didn’t answer my message and I tried to called her but she didn’t answer…thanks god I met her cleaning service and he keep my luggage with him and he reconfirmed me that i could do the check in between 11-12…few hours after at 12 I came back in front of the appartement and I tried to call her many times and even I left a voice message but she didn’t call me back or even answer my call I waited 2 hours outside and at 2 pm I tried to call her again finally she answered, she doesn’t even say sorry or something just straight away said that her cleaning service will call me in, 2 minutes after the cleaning service called me saying that I could only have a check in at 3:15 pm….so I waited another hour and finally I met him to do the check in……..I was surprised that the room rates isn’t included the bed sheets and towels and I have to pay 25 euros for that…I have no choice then I paid that….this is the first time in my life I booked a place to stay that the bed sheets and towels aren’t included with the room rates…..another thing they didn’t even gave me toilet paper !!!! i am so so so angry and very very disappointed with this…..please booking team do something. I want my money back or at least refund me half of the total of my stay. I tried to cancel this this reservation the day I arrived but when I saw that the conditions of the cancellation that was non refundable rates….I can’t do anything. The hygiene of this this appartement is very bad.

Location is ideal. 1 minute from the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and shops locally. The owner is very helpful.

Air con - it was 40 degrees when we stayed there. That’s a minor issue. It is fairly noisy if you sleep with the doors open because of the lack of air con. It’s is a busy city so it’s expected. If you own a van - most car parks will not accept 1.85m or 1.9m in height.

The studio flat was nice well kept and equipped . The owner was serviceable but our stay started on a negative note.

The studio apartment was in residential block the experience not recommended. Too many minor issues to highlight on holiday you want a hassle free accommodation. Booking.com picture not that accurate.

Neat apartment with everything you need in good location. Short walk to everything. On bus route. Grocery store and beach just out the door.
