The apartment offers a front-facing view of JBR, with a balcony that provides a sea view. The interior features spacious nice furnished rooms, each equipped with its own independent air-conditioning system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a washing machine. Its location near JBR provides easy access to the beach, dining options, and local attractions. Overall, the apartment delivers a comfortable and well-appointed stay with impressive views and practical amenities.
The host, Alessandro, and the person who met us, Ms. Hla, were courteous, responsive, and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Nothing to report related to the accommodation, except a bit complex administrative (paperwork) process preceding the check-in.
On the surroundings:
- Traffic can be a nightmare especially during the weekend;
- Supermarket close to the location is average, with some higher prices compared to others.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Nice rooms, good HVAC.
Even beachtowels were provided
Only dislike I had was one elevator was out of service so sometimes longer waiting times.

The landlord and all his stuff are very professional and friendly. The apartment has a nice view to the city. All facilities are in good condition. In this tower you can find a good Italian restaurant.
