La seconda camera ha due letti singoli e armadi a muro. Entrambe le camere hanno porte che conducono direttamente sul grande patio che ha un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto.
Da qui una scala a chiocciola conduce alla terrazza privata sopra l'appartamento. Questa è una fantastica trappola per il sole e offre viste extra speciali sul Monte Tiede e sul mare, che dista solo poche centinaia di metri.
La cucina è a pianta aperta e ha tutti i soliti elettrodomestici tra cui lavatrice e forno a microonde.
Il soggiorno ha un ampio divano che è comodo e ha anche TV (canali inglesi) e servizi DVD. Questa camera dispone anche di porte che conducono al patio e alla terrazza solarium.
Il secondo bagno ha una doccia, WC e lavandino. L'appartamento si trova in una gated community sicura con un parcheggio privato disponibile per l'uso se si sceglie di noleggiare un'auto. C'è anche una cassaforte inclusa. Ci sono due piscine che sono mantenute immacolate, una per i bambini piccoli e un'altra più grande. L'intero complesso è molto ben tenuto ed è una vacanza privata.
Tutti i servizi sono a pochi passi con molti buoni ristoranti e ottimi bar dietro l'angolo. Questo rende l'appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma puoi raggiungere tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno in pochi minuti. My Wife and I came here for a chill out week in the sun in a quiet location and that is exactly what we got. If you want to visit the urban sprawls of Los C and Las A then this might not be for you, but the frequent 457 Bus stops right outside the apartments and will take you there for €2 per person! The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. It is in a gated small quiet complex with nice swimming pool. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets are all within easy reach and walkable. The nearest beaches are at Las Galletas, again via the bus, or if you are reasonable fit, walkable in 20 minutes. The proprietor and his support colleagues in Costa del Silencio were both friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a peaceful time.

Property was clean and adequate.We had 1 tv in the lounge and a decorative one in the second bedroom. Main bed didn't have a tv. Main bathroom towel rail was hanging bent down and the toweling shower mat was badly marked. The apartment was on the top floor at the back of the block overlooking more apartments not the pool. The pool area was great, very clean and weĺl maintained. There is a water machine where you can fill up water bottles for €1 which we were told about after a few days. Check in was a bit of a shambles as the key holder who owns a local bar left her phone at home so it took 2 hours to find her bar and finally get the keys. We weren't given the address of the bar. To get to the bar its a15 min drive if you know where to go, the area has a confusing oneway system. I would recomend a hire car as you wouldn't want to stay in the area with older teens as there is not a lot to do, great if you want a quiet place to stay. I would rate this apartment a solid 6 out of 10, more 3 * than a luxury apartment.

Lovely apartment. Fabulous, large outdoor spaces with mountain and sea views. Well equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Good showers and a comfortable bed. Plenty of supermarkets close by along with bars, restaurants and a handy bus stop. Situated in a pleasant urbanisation and the pool was lovely. Communication with the owner was good and Sharon, the local contact was very helpful.

Just come back from 8 days staying at this property and it ticked all of our needs, we was after a week of peace and quiet and we had just that, the balcony has the sun until around 2 pm and the private sun terrace has it all day, because it is right on the coast it is a bit on the windy side but this is a god send as it keeps you cool, we panicked when we first got in the apartment as the apartment DONT have air con but it has fans in each room and because it was quite cool of an evening this was sufficient enough for us and probably would have been too cold to have air con on, I’m assuming it’s windy all year round so possibly don’t have the need for air con, however everything was great and in a great spot, only a small walk up to some local restaurants, Costa Silencio is defo the quieter town so if you want a week or 2 of relaxing and catching some rays this a perfect spot, the only thing I would say is if you have children that will be using the pool you would probably have to go down there with them as you cannot see the pool from the apartment, in the week that we was there I never see the pool being used by anybody so you would have the pool mainly to yourself!

The apartment was excellent with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay.Also if you want to travel around there is a excellent bus service just outside the property.We even took a 415 direct
bus to the airport from Las Galatus at ten bel bus stop.

Need TLC
To many things need TLC, Sun loungers cushion old torn and dirty. Patio doors hard to open and close.
No one too meet us to give us an idea what is what.
IPTV was not working someone came next day worked for a day and went down, I phone again to be told that someone will come the next day did not turn. So I give up becase we were not spending days waiting.

Clean place with everything for a long stay
Vert clean spacious that has the items to accommodate the needs of the holiday maker IE wi fi, good cooking implements, multi lingual tv, etc. in a well kept and secure complex, Handy for buses and local amenities shops and sea front. Alas missed my slot for this one this year as someone got in before me.

Clean well equipped
The apartment is clean well equipped and very secure. Situated that the sun is with you all day as the roof terrace is available at the latter a
end of the day. Roomy and nicely furnished areas. The complex is very tasteful with two pools and well kept. Very friendly complex and if any one sees you struggling they offer help. Sharron is always at hand to assist if,and I say if,anything goes wrong. A very good price for what you get. Martin is at the end of the phone also and he is a gentleman.

Good family sized apartment
Stayed for Christmas 2020 and can say this apartment is perfect for families and couples, with everything provided for a self catering holiday. There is even games and an x box to keep the kids entertained.
Shops are a 5 minute walk away and the bus and taxi rank are right outside the front of the apartments. Loads of good restaurants and bars nearby this is a great location with good access into Los Christianos around 15 minute bus ride,
UK tv and wifi also available would recommend and the owner is very helpful.

Our experience
The first 11 days were brilliant! Warm sunshine every day and excellent meals out. The last 3 days were awful due to the fact that they closed all bars and restaurants due to the coronavirus epidemic so we had nowhere to go and we were stranded in the apartment all day everyday. Nobody to blame but we were glad to get home eventually. Having said that - we would certainly stay there again.

Home away from home
Martin is a lovely responsive owner. The apartment is in a great complex, everyone you meet is very friendly and the ladies who do the linen changes are also very nice. We would recommend the apartment in all respects. The most important thing for us was the lovely comfy double bed which was great.

Ottima posizione
Il residence è situato in una zona molto, molto tranquilla e silenziosa . La notte non si sente alcun rumore.
L'appartamento è molto solare e spazioso: due grandi camere con armadi a muro, due bagni grandi , sala con tv, cucina con tutti gli accessori , lavatrice, aspirapolvere, lettini prendisole (e tantissime altre cose ) e due enormi terrazze.
Purtroppo però alcune cose andrebbero curate a partire dai materassi singoli, dove si sentono le molle che ti opprimono le spalle ( le mie figlie si alzavano tutte le mattine con il mal di schiena); il divano andrebbe sistemato, poiché ha visto tempi migliori e per ultimo mancano altri 2 sgabelli per poter mangiare in 4 persone in cucina. Questo è stato davvero un problema, poiché non ci ha permesso di mangiare tutti insieme ed uscire sulla terrazza è stato impossibile per il troppo vento .

Comfy apartment in a covenient location for all amenities
Comfy apartment in a quiet gated complex,the property is on the first floor with a large balcony and with the added bonus of a roof terrace. Could do with some new chairs and sunbeds up there though. Lovely pool area,hardly anyone there on our visits,there is a footpath down the side of the hacienda complex which will take you down to the rocky foreshore which leads to the "Playa Amarilla" rock formations. Costa Silencio is a quiet well planned out resort with several resturants and bars dotted around. Bus stop right outside the apartments if you want to venture further up the west coast where the bigger resorts and beaches are. All in all a quiet relaxing break in a well appointed apartment.

Negativ:
Die Küchentheke mit 2 Sitzhockern (Barhockern) bietet nicht genug Platz für 3 oder 4 erwachsene Personen. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auf dem Balkon frühstücken, bei schlechtem Wetter fehlt im Küchen- bzw. Essbereich der Platz dazu!
Nach der Schlüsselübergabe fehlte ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort! Trotz mehrerer Anrufe, erhielten wir keinen Rückruf.
Handtuchwechsel ist nur bei einem Aufenthalt von mindestens 14 Tagen inbegriffen. Bei 12 Nächten fällt eine zusätzliche Gebühr an. Handtücher waren nicht genug vorhanden.

Great apartment with everything needed for a holiday
Lovely apartment with great views from the roof terrace, great location and ideal for walkers. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Quite location. Las Galletas is less than a mile away. Lovely town and harbour. Good bus service.

Comfortable stay
Whilst good value for money and served most of our needs, some aspects felt a bit tired and some things a little disappointing.
On several days of our visit there was work ongoing in the apartment below which was quite noisy.
The internet (and associated net driven TV) was very unstable during our stay .. and whilst no-one goes on holiday to watch TV... it was at times unwatchable without constantly resetting the system.
The pool area, whilst nice, was really quite uninviting given there are no lounges etc., hence unused.
As others have mentioned, whilst the balcony and roof area offered great sunbathing... addition of some shade screening would be good. (Many adjacent apartments had such)
Also there were only two stools/chairs around the breakfast bar/only table in the apartment??

Disappointed
Can't fault the apartment as have stayed before, so was very disappointed to hear drilling and banging throughout the week in the below apartment...surely the owner should be informed of any works taking place, as to inform and forewarn visitors,And to give them.choice of whether would like to book....lovely weather and surroundings..

Comfortable apartment with great balcony
The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday.
The balcony is huge and got the sun from early morning till about 2pm, then you could sit on the roof terrace till sunset,
There are 2 comfortable sun beds with mattresses and a lovely big table and chairs on the balcony and two more sun beds and a few old plastic chairs on the roof terrace.
The location is excellent with everything you neeed on the doorstep.
Easy to get bus to visit nearby towns.
Host is easy to communicate with and we had a very relaxing holiday.
WiFi is excellent too.

Well Equipped Clean Apartment.
Very well located, well equipped, clean apartment in a very pleasant, well looked after complex.
The apartment was clean and well managed locally, which means if there is a problem (there wasn't) it can soon be sorted. It has a huge balcony, which gets the sun in the morning and a lovely sun roof which gets the sun all day.
The owner is very flexible regarding arrival and departure times, if there are not any guests in directly before arrival, or after departure. This means a lot if your flights are not until later in the evening.
I can certainly recommend this apartment.

Lovely peaceful location
Lovely peaceful location and not to far from all the amenities. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, a good size and had everything you needed for your stay. We had a lovely relaxing stay and the area itself is beautiful, with lots of restaurants and bars around within walking distance.
My only negatives would be that there were no sunbeds around the pool and so you couldn't really spend a lot of time around it, which was a shame. It would have been nice if there were some fold away sunbeds in the apartment for you to use.
It said on the apartment overview when booking that there was an outdoor grill, but we couldn't find it and was a little disappointed when we were going to have a barbecue one evening. The apartment could also do with some more sunbed mats as there was only one and we had to fight over it as the beds got a little uncomfortable after a while without one 😊�
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this lovely place

Relaxing Holiday.
The accommodation is very spacious and well maintained, it has all your home comforts, TV, videos, board games, books. My husband and I spent 10 days here and found it very relaxing and quiet, most days when we went to the pool we were the only ones using it.
There are plenty of local bars, restaurants and mini markets in walking distance, our best bar which had a great atmosphere was Exiles, the local people are all very friendly.
The bus stop is close by to the accommodation and you can go to Los Cristianos for 3 euro, again plenty of bars and restaurants, the beach is very nice here too.
I would highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxing family holiday and I will be looking at booking again in the near future.

Very nice property
The property was very clean and has almost everything you need. A very complete kitchen and even an XBox and an Android Media Player in the living room. On the spacious balcony a large table with chairs and 2 excellent sunbeds. On the roof terrace even more sunbeds.
One tip; a sunscreen on the terrace would be ideal. When we had breakfast in the morning on the terrace the sun was already very hot.

A beautiful apartment ideal for a week away from the grotty Britiah winter
The apartment was exactly as described, It had everything you would want and was in nice quiet location. The balcony was the highlight being both spacious and offering both light and shade so you enjoy both. A delight.

The appartment is situated on a nicely kept complex on a quiet area of Silencio. Close to supermarkets, small shops and restaurants galore.
The appartment is nice and airy, has two terraces one that gets the sun all day and one in the morning.
All you need to live comfortably is supplied and even plenty of beach and swimming equipment is there.
All in all a pleasant place to stay.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment with plenty of space. Very comfortable with everything you could want in a holiday apartment. I would recommend it.

Value for money
The apartment was clean and well presented ideal for that quiet get away in the sun. One small issue that may be be a bigger issue to those with small children or with disability problems is that this appt is on the 1st floor with out lifts.
