Our stay was wonderful, and the location right next Etosha National Park is super! The full-day game drive is a must-do; the guides are adorable and truly passionate about animals, which made the experience top-notch. A huge thank you to the chefs, both breakfast and dinner were extremely delicious. The housekeeping team kept the rooms spotless during our 4-night stay, and the bartenders are super kind. The rooms feature an extraordinary view through a large glass window, and the outdoor pool area is fantastic. We just loved it!

On a few small notes for improvement, the waterhole experience didn't quite meet our expectations. At 37°C outside, the privatized viewing space lacked proper air conditioning or ventilation, making it quite uncomfortable, and we felt that the national park itself offers much more breathtaking spots to see wildlife. Additionally, while the entire team is genuinely kind and warm-hearted, we experienced some communication hurdles and a lack of professionalism that felt quite surprising for a lodge of this standing. Reaching the front desk can be tricky—the room phone was constantly busy, and waiting over an hour for a WhatsApp reply tested our patience. We also ran into minor billing confusion where staff were quick to dismiss the issue at first, meaning we really had to insist to get it sorted out. With a bit more administrative efficiency and professional follow-through, this place would truly be flawless!

We stayed one night in this lodge and enjoyed the stunning views from the room and terrace. The private pool is also something special. It was very clean and tidy. The Boma next to the dining room is exceptional.

It is very expensive and therefore we would have preferred to be served at dinner as we are no huge fans of a buffet.

Comfy beds, enormous bedroom and bathroom . Nice plunge pool. Good fresh salad choice. Convenient access to Etosha .

Odd design compared to others in price bracket. Western motel feel not in keeping with situation. Very strange decor not to our taste! Buffet style dinner and breakfast ok but excessive for number of guests.
