Localização excelente
Apto amplo, bem equipado e organizado

This apartment is great for being lived in: Even though the kitchen is quite small, it is well-equipped: pans, plates, dishes, blender, coffee maker, silverware, etc. Additional bonus for the washer, complete with an elevated drying rack. For an extended stay (we had 10 days), this turned out to be an excellent choice. The location couldn't be better: 3 blocks from the Ipanema beach, 4 blocks from the Copacabana side. Plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk. 2 blocks from the Metro. Hot water in the shower was hot!
The furniture/decor is somewhat worn but was highly functional. We prefer this to having a place that is aesthetically pleasing but was not well thought out as far as being a comfortable place to hang out.
