Grande casa di tre camere da letto, terza camera da letto usata come una combinazione den / ufficio. Letto king in master con grande passeggiata in armadio e camminare in doccia. Letti singoli in camera degli ospiti. Rondella e asciugatrice interni in ripostiglio. La cucina è dotata di un bar per la colazione. Posti da pranzo 4. Stufa piano piano piano. Lanai chiuso. Cortile piacevole con un paesaggio maturo. Ha anche un portico anteriore schermato con posti a sedere e uno schermo sulla porta del garage. Questa casa è veramente bella e molto confortevole, solo in attesa di visitare. Porta i tuoi club e prenota ora per sempre nel 2018.

I literally have no complaints about renting this house. The pictures were exactly how it was. Played golf 4 days a week for the last 7 months. The dishwasher did break, but there was a new one the next day. I like the rental contract. Everything was spelled out as to what is expected by both parties. I would have rented again but I liked it so much here that I bought a house.

This was my 4th winter in The Villages and each year was better than the year before. I’ve signed a long term lease for 19-20 and even though it’s only June I’m already looking forward to returning.

This property was very nice, except there were ants in kitchen and bathroom, and the kitchen faucet leaked, we called the rental agent and she was on top of it, took care of it. When we arrived at the rental property, the kitchen and bathroom floors did not look like they were cleaned in quite a while. Our rental agent Dena Manning was very attentive to all of our needs, very professional I will contact her again for our future rental requests.
