Property was clean and very comfortable. Your staff was absolutely exceptional!! They went out of their way to be courteous and very helpful!

the hotel is centrally located. lobby is clean and accommodating. workout gym was surprisingly complete! walking distance to English village, restaurants and channel! room had a fantastic view and the big shower was nice!!!

The best time to visit Havasu is a couple weeks before Christmas. The weather is perfect and the village area by the bridge is all decorated for the holidays.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit vielen tollen Annehmlichkeiten. Alles da was es für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Fast zu schade um nur eine Nacht zu bleiben!
Tolles sehr großes Zimmer mit super Ausblick auf die London Bridge!
Direkt am English Village…sehr in der Adventszeit zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer mit einem großen Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zu Waschen und Trocknen (die Maschinen waren sehr sauber). Super Lage 👍🏼
Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut.

Breakfast was exceptional with a lot to choose from. Great view of the London Bridge from our 4th floor room. Hotel was super close to the London Bridge.
Air conditioning was very noisy in our room. We were not told about the extra $100 deposit hold on our credit card. But I sent a message from your Booking.com site to the hotel, and they responded the next day. They clarified what the $100 was for and I appreciated that. It was taken off quite quickly.

Spacious and clean room in a newly completed hotel in an excellent location right next to the Lake Havasu London Bridge. Polite and helpful staff, ensuring that we got rooms next to each other. Very good breakfast.
Poor sound insulation in a room facing a busy road. Loud air conditioning. Safe lock did not work properly.

Breakfast was fine, although there wasn’t enough for everyone. The rooms were tidy and the beds were comfy. I think the hotel is fine for a quick stay!
The management seemed very off, the room smelled like smoke/dirt and the a/c didn't really work. The girl behind the desk was very understanding and sweet, but the manager didnt bother to answer phone calls/ resolve the issue. Felt a bit bad for the employees.

The location and view were phenomenal!!!! Loved walking the channel each morning and having the village right there for food and drinks was amazing. The morning staff was so nice and the hotel is very clean. Free breakfast was a nice bonus.
Nice pillows but the bed was not very comfortable at all.
