Lovely property, wonderful staff, really good breakfast, spacious room with nice kitchenette. Good location with nearby restaurants.
Some noise, especially 9 pm to about midnight from the Holocaust museum next door, hallway outside my room, nearby rooms, and street noise. Also, internet is really slow/unusable in the room (but works great in lobby and dining room).

The room was clean and spacious. Staffs were super friendly and helpful.
You can hear footsteps and people dragging the chairs from the room above. I had earplugs on during the night so it was fine in the end.

Clean and modern inside. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Good location.
Shower was a little tight space-wise but not overly restrictive.

Staff, location, cleanliness, room size, good bed, towels and bed linen. Good breakfast and restaurant. Above all the staff were superb.
Poor Wi-Fi. No tv stations. They made a mistake with our reservation through booking.com and we had to double up for last night. Very inconvenient to have to repack, move into another room and share for last night. Since it was high season no possibility to change hotels and get rooms for the entire stay in Buenos Aires.
