was able to accommodate my family of 5. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My daughter left her doll behind and the hotel found it and arranged for it to be shipped home! Yummy breakfast too!

The value for money was amazing!! The room was stunning with so much space. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the cost, making the price even better. It has its own cafe but also so many nice food places and shops close by. Also outside is the boat tours, which is super handy if your looking to do a river cruise (they give a discount price for the cruise tickets if you buy them at the hotel). This is a great accommodation that gives you value for your money. And plus it's located in the city centre too which is great!

Location was excellent and that's what you pay for. The family room was quirky, an interesting space. We were greeted so warmly with a glass of Prosecco and I was very happy they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements for breakfast.

It was expensive but we travelled over Easter and had a family room and prices are high in the city.

Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to help. Excellent central location so could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see.

Breakfast room had limited air flow and was a little bit stuffy. Stairs were narrow with large suitcases but we were aware of stairs when booking.

From the check-in till the check-out the receptionist, Lisa was great! She is the perfect person to be in front of the house as she is very accommodating and friendly. We were welcomed by her by the moment we arrived. The hotel is a nice place to check in for those people who wants to be in the city center. An early check was made possible by Lisa too. We arrived at 11am and she told us to come back after an hour so by 12:30nn we are already in our room. She told us we can keep our luggage and come back. Hotel des Arts is 3 mins tram ride from Amsterdam Centraal. I like that they provided a nespresso machine inside the room, a water bottle, and the bathroom was super nice! I liked the mirror, shower, marbled walls and hot shower. The bed is super comfy and soft. The reception at night (I forgot her name) was accommodating too. Very clean hotel, I would definitely go back here when I return to Amsterdam. ++ for the ladies at the breakfast. I love the breakfast too!!! ❤️

- The stairs! No lift and we carried our luggage from ground to 2nd floor and vice versa when we checked out. - When we entered the room, it smelled like Chlorox. I like the fact that they clean the room but it’s too strong maybe they should use disinfectant instead of strong cleaning products.

Everything and everyone of the stuff were wonderful! I can’t highlight enough the fact that stuff were super nice and super friendly. The location is at the very center and it’s just amazing.
