From Airport 30 mins, 17 stops on metro -line 5 to Maritim. Then either 3 stops to Nepu 5 mins or 30 mins walk to hotel.
Next to beach and a long promenade. Lots of tapas bars and eateries locally. Enjoyed breakfast in hotel 9 euros, Good value and choice. Small room but functional.Rooms clean and serviced daily. Next to hotel park area to relax and chill.
On Metro Line 5 from Maritim to Colon takes you into Valencia itself.
No kettle tea and coffee in room. No Engish channels on TV apart from a music video channel.

ottima posizione ,semplice ,molto pulito, alcune camere sono affacciate sulla spiaggia. colazione molto varia e con ottimi prodotti.. fermata metro8 a poche centinaia di metri. rapporto prezzo offerta molto conveniente
non tutte le camere hanno un bell affaccio ma per me non è stato un problema

The staff were brilliant. I was able to drop bags off before check-in and post check-out, so I could wander around bag free.
I could book a breakfast on the day I wanted breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, varied and fresh
The room was cleaned/tidied every day.
The location was on the beach, bit out of town, but good
Nothing to do with the hotel, but I had trouble charging up my travel card. The machine at Neptu was not understandable at all and you couldn't seem to pay, but having said that, I was trying to use an existing card. I think you may need to start from scratch for a ticket. I ended up going to a tabac in order to charge my card up for 3 days
