eveyrthing was beyond exceptional - the staff was very helpful in keeping my sister who was a bride at the time of the stay to feel super special and pampered. The food and the hotel ambience was great! definitely coming back

We happened to encounter Katarina, who runs the front-line operation, the most delightful entrance experience. Matched by Concierge Mohammad Baraka, who was so helpful in making train arrangements. The personal commitment of the staff was evident around the property, at all meals and occasions. The Mariott is a special institution with an unusual history in its own right, but they are not riding solely on that heritage. They put the effort in every day for the experience we had.

Warm, attentive staff made a clear difference particularly Nader at the front desk and Mohammed Qamar from house keeping, who consistently went above and beyond to create a welcoming and memorable experience. There were genuine moments of care, professionalism and effort that stood out and are worth recognizing. The newly renovated, fully electrical suite is also a strong upgrade, offering a modern and sustainable concept that adds to the overall appeal of the property.
The stay was affected by repeated operational gaps, and delays in basic services. Communication was often reactive rather than proactive, and some interactions felt procedural instead of service-driven. However, management acknowledged the issues and committed to improvement.
