Garden is beautiful but not cleaned. Window in the room not cleaned. Bathroom too small.

It is a nice hotel. Location superbe and great for a short stay. Private parking is so convenient. And the styling of the hotel is nice.
It is not very personal, staff is friendly but that's it. Not that extra step to make the stay special. The restaurant was poor quality, not a great chef. With a little bit of extra effort, this could be a fantastic 9/10 hotel.

We always enjoy this hotel and find it a delight to stay there.
The staff are excellent especially Martine at reception. She is always so kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

The room was really spacious en clean. Little balcony that allows you to see the hussle of Knokke. Really nice staff and breakfast was excellent. The location is great near teh beach in the city center. We are definitly comming back
The parking is extra which is for the price of the hotel a bit expensive. But this is knokke so you pay a bit more.

An excellent and warm welcome. We were surrounded by a very friendly, polite and courteous staff. The Lugano Hotel will be our hotel for the next stays in Knokke.
