We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Riyadh. It was our first time in Riyadh, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
They kindly offered us complimentary breakfast during our stay, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We truly felt well taken care of from start to finish. Amazing hospitality and service — we would definitely stay here again!

We liked how it’s super clean and calm, the staff were extremely friendly, fast, and accommodates all our needs in this short trip. We loved the ladies only spa which included a large swimming pool i wish its the same in doha. Even in times the hotel is crowded the service is still fast. Shoutout to wasan receptionist that made our stay even easier, and all the saudi staff ,
The only thing. I didn’t like is the large space from the elevators to the ladies spa. But overall the property is perfect and highly recommended.

Executive business suite booked- very disappointing as requested the corner suite, no effort was made to arrange this by the hotel

Breakfast lacked variety
