Very friendly staff, very nice room, very clean, enough space, comfortable beds! The breakfast was lovely as well.
Just one small thing, for the double bed we would have preferred to have each a down duvet instead of one (which was not very large). We did not sleep very well because of this. Also we are used to having 2 pillows. But the mattress was really comfortable and the kids (17 years old) slept very well in the single beds!

breakfast was fantastic, mix between buffet style and breakfast meal; very nice atmosphere and host loved to chat with the guests and gave a lot of insights in what you could do in and around Leukerbad. Shew and her staff more than once went out of their way to assist with particular matters or to give additional info.
Breakfast was one of the best parts. Coming from NYC, it was great to have such a relaxed atmosphere and fantastic food.,

Staff was proactively managing check-in incl. arrival time. The room was simple but quite spacey, bathroom as well with a nice shower with good water flow. Bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast incl. service and personal attention of the owner. Overall, felt very well taken care of. Excellent location about 5 minutes a little up from the center with restaurants, supermarket etc., actually on the road that leads up to the Gemmisteig. Great base for your hikes.

La struttura ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative: stanza grande il giusto per le mie esigenze (una sola notte). Colazione ottima. La signora che mi ha ricevuto molto cordiale e gentile.
